Gîte à la Campagne Avec Piscine

Gîte located 2km from the town centre of SARLAT, place called "Temniac", in the countryside, breathtaking view of the horizon, rental completely redone. Breathtaking view (see photo).

Small Beagle breeding nearby, possibility to come and spend a pleasant time with the little puppies and all the other dogs.

With swimming pool illuminated part of the night, including a bay window to be able to eat or other... Access to the swimming pool 24 hours a day.

Bedding is fully provided (sheets, blanket, cushion, pillowcase, hand towel...)

High chair + travel cot provided.

COMPOSITION
* Main room: kitchen with a breakfast area with sofa and TV.
* Kitchen: dishwasher, 3-burner gas hob, microwave oven, oven, crockery, blender, electric coffee maker...
* WC
* Bedroom with double bed, dressing room with wardrobe
* Sofa bed ( 2 people)
* Bathroom: 2 sinks, shower cubicle
* Washing machine and dryer room

Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, swimming pool (12m x 6m) with its beach, possibility to eat by the pool in a veranda.
The infinity pool is located right next to the rental.
This pool is shared with the owners.
There is no timetable to access the swimming pool, which is lit up for a good part of the night.

In high season: arrival on Saturday at 4pm, departure on Saturday at 10am
