- Living room with a lounge area (sofa, TV) opening onto a south-facing loggia (garden furniture) with a clear view of the garden
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (4-ring induction hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine) with a dining area (table and chairs)
- 2 cabins, each with 1 double bed (140, duvet)
- Bathroom with a large Italian shower and connected mirror

- Mezzanine with 1 double bed (160, duvet), dressing area, and air conditioning system
