A large well-equipped, top-Level 3 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps up to 8. with continuously changing, breathtaking views.

3 bedrooms (2 full bedrooms and a private loft). 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and two side-by-side single beds in the loft.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. Convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountain National Forest or just enjoy a relaxing getaway.

THIS COMPLEX DOES NOT HAVE ANY ELEVATORS. UNIT IS UP 1 LEVEL, CONSISTING OF 7 STEPS, A LANDING, AND 7 MORE STEPS.

Lots of wildlife we often see a family of deer and on occasion, we will see a black bear and her cubs.

In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools and a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

Our kids loved going to the indoor pool at night. Condo was very nice and clean kids were super excited when we saw a momma bear and her cubs the last couple of days of our stay. Property is very well kept bears didn’t mess with our stuff just kept everything picked up as the host told us too.

The indoor pool is always a hit at night, and it sounds like your kids really enjoyed it. Seeing a momma bear and her cubs is a memorable Smoky Mountains moment. Bears are very common around my properties — honestly, if someone spent a couple of hours outside looking, I’d say there’s about a 50/50 chance of spotting one. You did exactly the right thing by keeping everything picked up, and that’s why the bears didn’t bother anything. When guests follow those simple guidelines, the wildlife stays wild and everyone stays safe. I’m happy your stay was both relaxing and exciting, and I hope to welcome you back.

The views were beautiful, and the accessibility to downtown Gatlinburg was good. The indoor pool was nice. The kids loved it! Parking was super easy. Free parking in front of unit. The cleanliness was not great in this unit, unfortunately. The kitchen lacked some of the small essentials for cooking.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the views, the easy parking right in front of the unit, and that the kids loved the indoor pool. The kitchen is well‑stocked for normal vacation cooking, and when you requested a frying pan, we added one within a day to make sure you had what you needed. We’ll follow up on the cleanliness notes you mentioned, as those items are always taken seriously. At the same time, I don’t think your ranking is in line with the many positive aspects of your stay or the efforts we made to accommodate your requests. Host was very helpful when we had issues with the door. Worked with us and made sure we had a way in.The views were absolutely breathtaking. Close to the indoor pool. The drive from the entrance at the road up the mountain to the condo was about a 10 minute drive, but worth it. Beds were very comfortable, but unit could use some updating.

Would stay again

Loved being on the outskirts of town but still a close enough drive to get there quickly. The morning view was stunning even on the rainy day. Perfect little balcony for morning coffee with a view.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.
