Come to the Great Smoky Mountains and actually see the mountains. RidgeLine Condo offers sweeping, unobstructed views of undeveloped mountain ridgelines from our top-floor vantage point. You get the feeling of being on top of the world, while still remaining just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the National Park entrance, Ober Mountain, and Dollywood.

We have completely upgraded this condo to be the ultimate, stress-free "basecamp" for families and hikers alike. After a day of exploring the Appalachian Trail, come back and unwind in the resort pools, or enjoy a drink on the balcony while taking in the view.

Summer Sun: Our outdoor heated pool officially opens Memorial Day Weekend (May 25th)!

To get these incredible views, you have to go up! Please be aware of the following to ensure this property is the right fit for your group:

The Walk-Up: This condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator on site. You will need to climb three flights of stairs, which guarantees no upstairs neighbors and the best views in the complex.

No Pets - Pets brought into the unit will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
No Smoking - Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Late check-out - Leaving after the designated checkout time will result an additional 1 night charge.

Hi, we’re Kevin and Beth! While our day-to-day base is the vibrant energy of Nashville, Tennessee, the Great Smoky Mountains have always been our true sanctuary.

Over the years, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to travel and explore corners all over the globe with our two sons. Yet, no matter how many passport stamps we collect, Gatlinburg and the Smokies remain our absolute favorite place to drop anchor. There is just nothing quite like the peace of these ridgelines.

We designed RidgeLine Condo not just as a rental, but as our own family's ultimate mountain basecamp. We poured our travel experiences into this space, outfitting it with the premium amenities, coffee, and comforts we actually want when we are on the road. We are thrilled to share our mountain home with you, and we hope it serves as the perfect launchpad for your family's next great adventure.

We chose this specific location because it solves the biggest dilemma of visiting the Smokies: having to choose between peaceful mountain seclusion and downtown convenience.

Kevin wanted the high-altitude, unobstructed mountain views and absolute quiet. Beth wanted to be right next to the energy, restaurants, and shops. This condo sits flawlessly at the intersection of both.
