New additional features to the property - the Indoor pool and hot tub open year round! Outdoor heated pool will also open Memorial Weekend, May 25!

Come to the Great Smoky Mountains and SEE the mountains! RidgeLine condo offers amazing mountain views from the top floor that overlooks undeveloped ridgelines. You will feel like you are on top of the world, while still only minutes from Gatlinburg, the national park entrance, Ober Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and all the other attractions. Explore all the Smokies have to offer, then come back and unwind in the heated pool (seasonal) or with a drink on the balcony.

**Please note: This property is located on top of a mountain, and you will climb twisty mountain roads to arrive. A passenger car can easily make the trip, but you must go slow and be careful of other drivers. Trailers and campers may be problematic.
The condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator available.

Good for the price

The room looks fantastic and super well kept in the photos, the views are fantastic! But the pics were slightly misleading and set up a higher expectation upon my arrival. We left one night early due to the bed being so uncomfortable but enjoyed our stay regardless.

Great location!

We stayed a few nights to celebrate my son’s birthday and the location was perfect! We saw bears on multiple occasions, which was our goal! The condo is close to the main strip as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views!

The property seemed to be older and a bit dated in some regards, but the facility and this unit in particular was pretty well maintained and comfortably furnished. Unit had fast wifi with smart tv's in multiple rooms and the views were breathtaking! Hosts were very attentive and the location was less than 10 minutes drive to Ober Gatlinburg with some views on the property overlooking the slopes. The heated indoor pool was nice and relaxing in the icy cold weather. There was a small playground and an outdoor pool and small basketball goal on the property as well for the warmer months.

Quick stay on way home from beach

The condo is exactly as advertised - the views in the pictures do not do it justice absolutely gorgeous at night overlooking the town.

Great place to stay

Are family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing with great sunsets. We saw bear everyday we stayed. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us

Nice Stay/Great View

We enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was smooth and communication with the host was great. There was enough space for our family of 6 without feeling cramped and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. Perfect location close to downtown Gatlinburg, Ober mountain and Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful home and view

The condo was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 5, plus my mother in law. The views are a million times better then the pictures, and the hosts were very informational and had a ton of everyday use items stocked. If we ever come back, we qill definitely be trying to stay here again. Thank you very mich for everything!

Family Vacation

The views from the property are amazing! You can see for miles from the balcony. Its relaxing sitting out listening to nature or in the pool. This is the second time we have stayed here and it will be our first choice again. Easy to get to.

Amazing view

When coming to Gatlinburg , you couldn’t ask for a better view! If seeing bears is on your list of things to do, you will see them from your own balcony, which is perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktails. The only thing that was not 100% was the beds. They were a bit uncomfortable. All is all , I highly recommend this VRBO. The owner is very responsive and friendly.

Nice spot

Condo was perfect for our trip to the smokies. great views, comfy condo that had what we needed. Only issue was getting up the hills to get to the condo. best to do it during the day as some of the turns are tight and hills steep.

Ski trip with friends

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo seemed a little smaller in person than it did in the picture but the space was still sufficient for us. We weren't familiar with the area beforehand, it was fairly close to downtown Gatlinburg. Apartment was clean. Communication with owner was excellent

The View was amazing. When I had an issue the Owner answered the phone. It was cozy and perfect. My favorite parts were the Spiral Stairs and the Books.

Inviting Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Check-in process was easy and the hosts communicated during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was clean and had all the necessities we needed. They even had decorations for the holidays, making the house feel even that more welcoming. The view was also amazing! The location was convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and an easy trip into Pigeon Forge/Dollywood. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home away from Home

This was high up on the mountain and had views. At night you could see Pigeon Forge all lit up off the balcony. A small walk across the parking lot and you could see Gaitlinburg and Ober Mountain. About equal driving time to both cities. We did see mama bear and 3 cubs right off the driveway on one of the days.

Beautiful views

The property was the size I expected. Worked well for a family of 5. My kids loved the spiral staircase to the loft. The kitchen had tons to use for cooking, though we didn't do a lot of that. The property was a little beat up, you can tell it's a rental. The owners were great, checked on us and answered any of our questions quickly. The drive up the mountain took some getting use to. We saw bears almost every day. Overall, we had a great stay.

Pre-holiday vacay

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The property was exactly as described with easy check-in and check-out. The neighborhood was quiet, but we did have noisy guests move on our third night. Still, it did not ruin our stay. The owner,Kevin, reached out to me several times before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I'm accustomed to packing extra cleaning supplies because some properties only have enough to get you started. Not this property! I didn't have to use any of the items I packed because the property was so well-stocked. I highly recommend this condo.

Kevin and Beth love to travel and see the world. We've been many places and still, one of our favorites is the Smoky Mountain National Park. We've got 2 nearly grown sons who share in this adventure and love to see new places. Currently residing in Nashville, TN we'll visit the condo through the year.

Kevin loves the views and Beth loves Gatlinburg. The condo was a perfect combination. 10 minutes to the shops and food in downtown Gatlinburg or 10 minutes to the entrance of the park, it's the best of both worls.
