Great place!

It was very clean and stocked with everything we might need! Felt just like home:) Location is wonderful and quiet and the check in and out process is smooth. Highly recommend this place for your stay!

Great quiet place

This place is just as advertised. Its quiet, nice neighborhood, and the host and neighbors are friendly and hospitable themselves. I eould definitely recommend this place if you travel for work or just need a place to go for a little relaxation.

Quiet and comfortable

Stayed while traveling for business, and found the property comfortable and quiet. There is only a kitchenette so be prepared to dine out and/or reheat things in the microwave. Otherwise easy to handle. There was an issue with the door code but it was quickly resolved.

First time in LA

all went well but a small little hiccup with the check in steps for some reason there was some info missing the host was willing to help other then that all went well and a nice little stay and comfortable

Really great place to stay if you’re in the Long Beach are. Very clean, the host is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are fantastic, not the paper thin types you find in hotel rooms, but the thick kinds that support you throughout the night. The only issue I had was the internet. I work while staying in LA and most of my downtime is working in the hotel or VRBO. While the speed was good, the connection was intermittent and when I checked, the host gives access to the 6 GHz band but it’s not inside the unit. With the 6GHz band, you have to be in viewing distance of the router without a wall between your device and the router. This did cause a few moments of embarrassment in my meetings, unfortunately. A better option would have been to give guests access to the 5GHz band since that’s strong enough for anything and goes thru walls easily. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Expect no compassion or flexibility from this manager

I booked this stay for my niece and her husband to attend a family funeral. Within an hour of booking I notified property manager that niece was in a car wreck and broke her ankle and wouldn’t be able to stay there (not wheelchair accessible). VRBO advised that under the circumstances the property manager would likely agree to a full refund since it hadn’t been confirmed yet. Not so! The manager advised there will be no exception to policy. My niece ended up coming with a cast and wheelchair so it was not ideal. Beware! Once you click book, this manager will hold on tooth and nail. Not a good experience due to callous and cold communication from property manager.
