Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that your check-in experience was not as smooth as either of us would have liked. To provide some additional context, I received your call at approximately 5:45 PM regarding check-in. At that point, I immediately began working to resolve the situation and informed you that it would take about 30 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later, I personally checked you in and, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, provided a $50 refund. I was also disappointed to read your comments regarding the cleanliness of the unit. This is the first time we have received a complaint about hair in the property. In fact, cleanliness is consistently one of the most highly rated aspects of our accommodations across multiple rental platforms. I sincerely wish you had contacted me during your stay, as I would have immediately arranged for housekeeping to return and address any concerns. Regarding the patio, the layout was modified in response to requests from guests staying in the front house who desired additional privacy. While the patio space is now divided, guests still have access to a substantial outdoor area. Had you reached out to me during your stay, I would have been happy to discuss additional options, including access to the larger main patio area, which is separated only by a small connecting door and would not have presented any issue. My goal is always to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I genuinely appreciate
