Stay At The Beach proudly presents... Belle Mer 1204. Welcome to the beautiful Navarre Beach!

BELLE MER 1204 includes:
~ 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
~ Sleeps 12
~2400 sq ft
~ King in the Primary BR
~ King in 2nd BR
~ 2 Queens in 3rd BR
~ Custom Queen over Queen bunks in 4th BR
~ Wi-Fi & Cable TV in living room and in all 4 bedrooms
~ Fully equipped kitchen (including blender & crock pot)
~ Keurig & regular coffee maker
~Washer & Dryer (iron & ironing board)
~ Pack n Play, Highchair
~ Two sets of beach service (4 chairs & 2 umbrellas) set up March through October, with additional beach chairs & umbrellas to set up & use as you wish.

Belle Mer Resort includes:
~Walkover to the beach
~ Large Gulf Front Pool (Heated Seasonally)
~ Hot Tub
~ Pickleball & Tennis Court
~ Basketball Court
~ Shuffleboard Court
~ Fitness Studio
~ Community Charcoal Grills

Two parking spots are given (provided passes are required). If your group has more than 2 vehicles, please ask for assistance. No trailers OR campers allowed.

Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.

*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuations. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

Had a great stay! They had all the necessities which included but not limited to high chair, pickleball rackets, cooking condiments, hand soap, paper towel, cleaning supplies! Plenty of space, seating area- very comfortable stay. Host was quick to respond to queries. Great view from the balcony. Highly recommend!

We had a great two weeks here!! Communication from the owner was great. The location is great!! We loved the 12th floor and watching sea life every day. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. We loved having bathrooms for each bedroom. The family room is big and we enjoyed family movie nights together. Very nice place!!

Apology for not doing this review sooner! I booked this for sister, her children, and mom for a respite from their very difficult year and thought that she completed the review following her stay while she thought I did on her behalf since all was booked thru me. Again, very sorry for delay! Bottom line of family’s experience is that it was truly flawless! Every aspect of the week, beginning - and most importantly - with the condo - was exceptional! We, as a family are with cleanliness and that’s the first thing she and the kids raved about: nothing to clean upon arriving which is usually not the case. Grateful for the integrity of the owners/host in the providing a description - of all aspects of condo - that was 100% accurate/100% reflected reality! Lord willing, we will be back!

Great Beach Condo

Stayed for a week in July. Condo is well stocked and plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The outdoor furniture is great so that we could enjoy the beach and bay views. The pool was nice. The beach chairs available everyday was perfect and the locker in the garage with extra beach chairs and boogie boards was great- we didn't have to bring all the things to the condo everynight!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom is a definite plus. It was very clean and smelled good. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas came with the rental also. The price was great and we would absolutely book it again.

Christmas Vacation

This was a dream vacation. Each morning began with incredible views and walks on the beach. The condo was spacious, and we loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and door to a balcony. The kitchen lacked nothing, and we enjoyed gathering at the large table for meals. We would definitely return and hope to do so!

Dreamy

We had a perfect two night get away. The layout and views and attention to comfort were impeccable. The mattresses and bedding in all the rooms was perfect (on the firm side - which I need). The boardwalk was short and the water close by, which was great for the mobility challenged in our group. We appreciated the tea and coffee, the sharp knives and plentiful kitchen wares. If I had to find something to quibble about, a second cutting board would have been nice. The host was gracious and responsive and helped with recommendations for a few services we needed - shout out to Sage Paddleboards for bike rental. We come to Navarre a lot, and this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. Thanks for the lovely stay.

It was perfect!

I can not explain how perfect this condo was --- it was absolutely positively beautiful! And the owner, Kristina, was perfect too! She said in touch with me, was very accommodating and just an absolute sweetheart! If you want the perfect beach vacation, you need to stay with her!

Best of Navarre Beach

This was my favorite condo of the many we have rented over the years. Navarre Beach was a welcomed relief from other overcrowded locations. This condo handled our group of 8 adults and 7 little ones very well. Bedroom variety was great and every family having a separate bath was vital. Kristina was very nice and extremely responsive to any questions we had. I’d love to go back.

Summer Vacation 2024

We really had a great time staying in Belle Mer 1204 and Kristina was an excellent host. The unit had everything we needed for our group and everyone kept raving about the unit. We have stayed in Navarre Beach over a dozen times and this was by far the nicest condo we’ve had. We will definitely stay here again next…thank you Kristina!

Fantastic Condo

Condo1204 is definitely the nicest condo at Bell Mer. Navarre is a hidden treasure, still with minimal congestion and Beach chairs only one row deep. The condo fit 10 of us (all Adults ages 19-61) with plenty of room. The furniture is top notch, and the location is fantastic with views of the bay and the beach. Super clean and comfortable. Just a perfect condo for a large group and the owners are top notch as well!!

Perfect Stay!

We had family come from all over to meet and celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. The place was gorgeous with accommodations for everyone! Having a bathroom for each bedroom as well as a washer and dryer fit our needs. Outstanding views and multiple decks allowed intimate spaces for catching up and watching the sunset. The owner was attentive and replied quickly to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

It was very beautiful. Loved the view from all the balconies. Loved bathroom for each room. Very neat and clean. It was a wonderful vacation and my son loved it so much he wanted to live there. We saw dolphins from the balcony and stingrays in the water. The condo was very beautiful

Hi! I'm originally from Minnesota. I love to design & decorate. I also love being mom to our 3 amazing kids. My husband, Chris, is a retired Air Force Chaplain from Mississippi. He loves real estate & keeping us guessing-- "What could our next family adventure possibly be?!"

When we were first married, we were stationed at Hurlburt Field AFB. Living in Navarre, we fell in love with the white sand & turquoise water. As our family began to grow- so did treasured memories of walks on the beach, swimming in the warm gulf water, sea shell hunting & sand castle making.

Since then, we have been stationed from sea to shining sea, which only confirmed to us that Navarre Beach is truly the most relaxing, beautiful beach there is.

Whether you are planning a time of quiet rest or a fun-packed vacation, we want to help you have an unforgettable getaway. If it isn’t already, we hope Navarre Beach becomes a special place in your lives as well.
