Escondido 2361 is in the perfect spot! Located a few minutes off of I-15, this home offers comfort and convenience. It is very close to shopping and fun, but also tucked away from the craziness of the city. Just up the road, you will find the famous Canyon Park & Hell Hole Trailhead. This park provides easy access for walkers, runners, and cyclists. It also includes a challenging Ninja Style Obstacle Course for fitness enthusiasts of all ages, as well as fast-moving slides, rope climbing structures, and a fun playground. Come enjoy a little "Bit of Paradise"!

This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. Nestled in one of the newest Ivory Homes Resort Communities just outside of St. George, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking Red Rock Mountains, mesmerizing petroglyphs, and ancient fossils that add a unique touch to your getaway. This home offers both relaxation and fun, with plenty of space to entertain and unwind. Each bedroom features a Smart TV—perfect for cozy movie nights after an exciting day of exploring. The downstairs area includes 2 spacious bedrooms, including the master suite, while the open-concept floor plan makes for easy entertaining. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful location! Our entire family was super comfortable, and happy with our stay and our Christmas gift to them this year! Making memories with our children and grandchildren is what life is all about, and we were able to do that while staying together, and enjoying one another!!!I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Great Reunion Homes!

We rented two homes to cover a larger family reunion. Our stay was excellent! Both homes were well equipped, clean and roomy! We had a blast at the pool, taking advantage of the lazy river and water slide were both bonuses!

we choose to stay here every time we are in town because of how amazing it is. everything is spotless upon arrival, if we ever need anything the management is so quick to respond and assist. the pool area is what the kiddos love most and it's seriously the best! close enough to town that it's a quick drive but feels more secluded which is an added plus!!

Great place! Would stay again

Nicely kept property, great location and easy to get to St George and Tuachan. Only issues were the cleaning crew was still cleaning when we checked in at 4 and had to wait about 20 minutes until we could get in, and there was some popcorn in one of the beds that wasn't cleaned up from previous visitors. But honestly great place overall!!

Great Accommodations, Close to Everything!

My youth group and leaders stayed 3 nights and it was fantastic. We were close to St. George and to Zions which made it very convenient. The home was fantastic with everything we needed especially all the space and bedrooms. The hosts were excellent to work with and communicated all along with us to make sure our needs were met. Loved it!!!

Nice place in a convenient location

Overall I would recommend this rental. Clean. Well appointed. Plenty of space for family to gather. Conveniently located. Pool with lazy river was nice but the pool key was missing and the management company was never able to provide us with a key so we had to either climb the fence or try to follow someone else in. Didn't have any other issues but based on those interactions don't expect any assistance from them if you do run into any.

House was clean and nice. Mostly stocked except only a few washcloths for the whole house (we bought and left more there). One thing that happened was at 10pm on the dot one evening our kids were swimming along with a some other people- the pool worker gave no warning and just suddenly shut off the lights. People were saying “we can't see!” And he just stood and watched. I know the pool closes at 10 but with no warning like “lights going off in 2 min” we thought this very dangerous and rude. Otherwise a great stay!

Assessment of Condition

The kitchen cupboards were dirty along the bottom of the island where the chairs are and the garbage can. Pots, pans, and Tupperware was mixed between my unit and the unit next door. there was another gauge in the wall at the end of the table....I had fixed all of them on my last visit in January. Everything else looked good and was clean and organized.
