View from the lanai was wonderful. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. Our grandson loved the pool noodles and inflatable “doughnut” and the pool being so close. When we suddenly lost power in the condo, communication was fast and power restored quickly. Our 5th time on Kauai. Another lovely time. Mahalo.

Overall a nice condo. The view is stunning and the location is great. The AC is in the living room and the master bedroom. The other bedroom gets pretty toasty even with the windows open. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms are nice as well. Overall a nice stay.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish! They even got us back in within 15 minutes when we locked ourselves out Everything we needed was there and the view from the lanai was spectacular! We’ll definitely be back.

Location was great. Place is nice. Well stocked in the kitchen & beach towels/chairs and umbrella's. There were a few quirky things ie (a lamp that did not work) but we found another lamp in the closet so all was good). Spacious place. Beautiful pool (we were told they have one of the few heated pools on the island). The athletic Club is definitely a plus too. We enjoyed the amenities there and the Restraunt offered a good happy hour.

My first experience with a VRBO property: The photos are accurate! The huge lanai was perfect for 4 adults, overlooking the pool, the well-kept grounds and a view of the ocean at Shipwreck Beach. The ocean breeze was nonstop, which meant the screen doors/windows were always open. Be aware that nature surrounds you - the roosters are vocal as well as the frogs, etc. at night.Note: Access is via outside stairs only--and it's really on the third floor. Parking is close. Very doable for us 60, but you need to know this. Two bedrooms, two large baths were comfortable, with towels, shampoo, body wash (why did I bring all of that with me?) and all of the kitchen amenities (coffee pot, dishwasher/soap, fridge, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc.) The dining room seated 6 comfortably (chairs showed their age, but we usually ate on the lanai) and the living room had plenty of seating as well (used the TV only to watch "South Pacific" 'cos our friends hadn't seen it).Cooked several meals in the kitchen and with the open layout we never felt "stuck" in the kitchen. We had a rental car so we drove to Poipu/Brennecke's Beach, into Koloa for groceries/shopping and exploring the island. Walked the grounds, over to Shipwreck Beach/Hyatt Regency and of course, used the pool. The Athletic Club was used by one of us daily and he loved it-it was just a short drive away.

Perfect condo for our needs. We had a conference at the Grand Hyatt and it was just a short walk there. Condo is very spacious with good privacy in the bedrooms and each with its own bathroom. Parking was always available right in front. The use of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club is a great bonus as well.

Amazing vacation

This was an incredible property. The location was perfect for us to explore the volcano as well as south Kona beaches. Peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view. And it was probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed in.

Great size condo for a family that has ocean views. Can walk to multiple beaches from the unit. Property has a big pool and BBQ pits as well. Unit had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Would recommend.
