Beautiful T1 type Apartment of 32m², located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a lovely secure residence in Biscarrosse Plage, it offers: An Entrance with pull-out beds 80cm x 2, ideal for a couple wanting a 160 cm bed or for children, a Bathroom with Italian shower, sink unit, suspended toilet, towel dryer and window. You will be seduced by its bright living area with Television, Wifi, convertible sofa 140cm and its equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, Senseo and traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, storage spaces, high table with stools. A storage cupboard with washing machine.
All overlooking the South-facing 12m² terrace with garden furniture, 2 deck chairs.
Private parking for small vehicle on the ground floor of the secure Residence or free parking nearby.
