This location is a one-of-a-kind. Barb has great taste and the remodeling of this home certainly makes it one of the very best. Wrap around deck, lush trees and proximity to Continental CC activities and restaurant make this hard to beat!!

Beautiful Flagstaff Getaway

This was our 2nd time at this lovely condo & we loved it even more! It’s in a beautiful area of Flagstaff across the street from Continental Golf Club - which has a great restaurant. This place is centrally located which made it easy for us to see Meteor Crater; Lowell Observatory & have an afternoon of fun at the casino! And our dogs love the large deck to soak in the sun! Many thanks to Barb & Wally! We hope to be back next year!

Relax in the trees

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Flagstaff. The property was perfect for our family of 6! Excellent place to stay on east side of Flagstaff

The rental unit is across from Flagstaff Country Club. Highly recommend it. Beautiful 2-bedroom condo with wraparound porch, open floor plan, fireplace. It perfectly fit our needs while staying there for 3 days at Christmas! Barb gave great details about her home. We definitely want to stay here again!

Just like home - they thought of everything

Lovely, convenient townhouse. Quiet neighborhood, bar-restaurant-golf course across the street. Very comfortable, wood burning fireplace, nice views of the mountains - has AC as well. Really all you need are your clothes and food - shopping nearby and downtown Flagstaff. Perfect if you have a dog too - gated wraparound deck, one story -lots of areas to walk them. We had a very pleasant stay - and only 3 hours from home and about 30 degrees cooler. A perfect getaway.

Family Event

Wonderful Stay

This is our 7th time renting, it is like being in your own home, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the wraparound deck is small dog and child proof, our dog spent most of her time out there.

Lovely Place

Such a warm inviting home. Had every thing we needed to start our vacation fun. Loved the wrap around deck so our pup could sit out enjoy the sites. People were so friendly. Every night we took a walk along the golf course and met so many people and doggies, it was a great way to end the day. Golf was great, clubhouse restaurant was really good, had brunch Sunday and enjoyed the live music. Lots to do, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Meteor Crater and so on. Booking this property again, the owners are great and we LOVED the comfy couch.

Wonderful northern get away!

We had a lovely time with our little corgi! It was great to get away from the heat and enjoy this lovely home. The owners are exceptional! Easy to communicate with and leave great detailed instructions and recommendations. We loved the ability to utilize the grill and we were in walking distance to the local country club, pitch and putt course and driving range. Location is phenomenal and I would highly recommend staying here again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything we wanted

Have traveled most of the states but never visited the Grand Canyon. Flagstaff was ideal to be home base. Started looking for pet friendly and affordable. Barb’s home fit the bill. Very nice, clean, great location. Only one issue with the washing machine (operator error) and Barb addressed it quickly and we figured it out. Bring only yourself (maybe some food and drink). Everything else is there.

Townhouse in Flagstaff golf club

This is a very nicely appointed 2 BR single level townhouse across the street from Flagstaff’s Continental golf club. We are a retired couple with a small dog, and there was dog stuff for him ( doggie beds, door and dishes). The area was quiet. We did have an adjoining wall with a late night talker so we switched bedrooms.The owner will be talking with her. We were there 3 nights to scout out a possible summer retirement home and enjoyed learning more about Flagstaff. The golf club folks were very welcoming.

Wally and I have been together 38 years. We have always loved entertaining, cooking and serving others and we have been gifted with hospitality! So when the opportunity came up to purchase this home and remodel it, we jumped at the chance. We originally purchased it so we and our children would have a second home to enjoy and get out of the Phoenix HEAT... Being so supportive of marriage and family, we felt this home could be used to create happy memories for families, and friends. We have 3 grown sons, and 6 grand babies and now 2 great grandchildren.

We are both professionals. Wally is an attorney and has been in private practice for well over 20 years in Chandler, AZ. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (Dr. Phil) in Chandler and have been in practice for over 20+ years. We have traveled throughout all 50 states in the US, and have hit many states numerous times. We m have another condo in Southern California (Orange County) where we spend our summers to get out of the AZ heat! I am originally from Redondo Beach, CA, Wally is from Pittsburgh, PA. We have traveled to Europe, including England, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, France, Belgium and Italy. The Caribbean (x6), Aurba (x3), Jamacia, Cayman Islands, Bahama's, Hawaii (x3), Tahiti, Morea, Bora Bora, Mexico (x12), Cancun (x4), Cozmel, Central America, South America, Canada (west & east coast lines), and Alaska.

We enjoy traveling in our 40 ft motor coach, used to ride Harley's, love modern jazz music, the arts & entertainment, and spending time with our grandchildren. Our fur-babies Cachet II and Mercedes have more miles on them than I can count.

I was born in sunny southern California in Redondo Beach and moved to Flagstaff at age 11. I grew up in Flagstaff during my adolescent years and enjoyed the four seasons it offered. Then moved to the Phoenix area at 24. Wally grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, left after he graduated HS to join the military service and retired after 20 years. When I introduced him to Flagstaff he fell in love with it too. Flagstaff is centrally located to Phoenix, Sedona, The Grand Canyon, San Francisco Peaks, Lake Powell, Sunset Crater, Lake Mary, Mormon Lake, Lake Havasu, Las Vegas, and California.

Activities in the winter months are plentiful. There are plenty of hills for the kids to enjoy sledding and snow play. In the summer there is a practice golf range and a full 18 hole golf course to enjoy along with a club house with many amenities, (amenities package now required 2021).If you wish to use the adult and kid pools, gym facilities, hot tub, pickle ball and tennis you must purchase the Membership Card. This charge is done thru the Country Club and we collect no fees. Please let us know if you want to obtain Membership cards as we have to submit a transfer of membership form.

There are also many activities you can utilize while at our home that are close by, wonderful restaurants, and numerous tourist attractions to enjoy in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. Continental Country Club is located just 5 to 10 minutes from shopping and dining in the historic downtown Flagstaff, 7 minutes from the NAU campus, 30 minutes from Snow bowl where both summer and winter activities can be enjoyed.
