Perfect Large Group Gem with Game Room/Great Yard

Welcome! This home has 3 bdrms /2 full bathrooms. Two bdrms have queen beds and the 3rd has 2 large bunk beds (twin top/full bottom). There’s a large living room, dining area, and a large kitchen. There's also a spacious game room w/ sofa, foosball, and air hockey. Great backyard w/ grill and lots of seating plus great views of Mt Elden. Quick walk through the neighborhood to loads of hiking. Dogs must be approved ahead of time and a $50 pet fee will be required. NO AC in this home except a portable AC unit

There is no AC in this home, like most Flagstaff homes.
Other things to note
Please note:
We love you to have your pets on holiday with you. We do ask that you ask for pet approval with us before booking and also know we charge a $50 non-refundable pet fee. This home, like most homes in Flagstaff, does NOT have AC. In the summer months, the evenings are cool and the house cools down. Asking for a refund due to this oversight will not be honored. Please reach out with any questions!

We only stayed one night while touring around the Grand Canyon area but everything was good. Communication, check-in, etc. was all simple. We did get to do a night visit to the Lowell Observatory nearby which is pretty awesome if you are into space.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, nice patio with a great view of the mountains, park nearby and everything we needed. This home was well thought out. We enjoyed our stay.

Needed verification on the WiFi password. Shannon responded promptly via text. The backyard was very convenient to let the dog out. The gameroom was a big hit with the grandkids (adults) and great grandkids. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the dog. We always felt safe even though the neighborhood seems a bit older. We didn't need them but the extra beds would be helpful if required. We really enjoyed our stay here and would do so again.

The room climate was nice. Appreciated the info on opening windows. The bed in the master room was very squeaky, and seems like it needs some repairs. Had some Troy or with the lights and fan. They came on in the living are in the middle of the night, and we had trouble getting my them to work in the bedroom next to the bathroom. Guest said bed was uncomfortable in that bedroom.Management was good to work with and very responsive!

The host has great communication and is very helpful. The house was perfect for my family and my mom. We had plenty of room. Location is wonderful if you are trying to see multiple things in northern Arizona.

Host communicated well and rooms were set up conveniently. Enjoyed the game room. Too few kitchen cleaning supplies. Furniture needed repairs (torn couch) and all bed frames loose and extremely squeaky. Conveniently located and big backyard.

Great place for groups

House hosted group of friends well. Easy check in and check out process. Close to downtown and other parts of Flagstaff and great if you wanted to take a day trip to the Grand Canyon.

Fantastic stay!

Everything about our stay was great. Shannon, the Property Manager, was extremely responsive to all of my questions. I would say my concerns but I really didnt have any. The house was exactly as advertised and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Shannon reached out to make sure we didnt need anything more. We will be booking this property again and recommending it to everyone.

Didn't happen...

I rated this 4 stars based on the vibe I got from the owner...we did not stay in the house.The property owner called a few days ahead of our reservation saying a main water pipe had burst. She was uncertain if it could be repaired in time for our stay. Obviously, we cancelled the reservation and got an immediate refund.I can't comment on the house itself since we didn't stay there, but I will say the owner was very forthcoming and did issue the refund right away.
