Located in the center of Royan (rue des Fauvettes) 3 minutes walk from the Central Market, the 42m² apartment nicknamed "Laure" can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment classified 3*.
This old house has been divided in two and allows you to enjoy an apartment on the first floor, completely renovated and very well equipped.
The entrance is from the side, you will be directly in the living room divided into different parts. The very functional layout makes you feel at home.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a television.
The dining room will provide you with a table and chairs to eat comfortably.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer...).
From the living room you can access the private courtyard to relax or have your coffee.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:
-A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a console table and a large closet.
-A second bedroom with two bunk beds in 90 cm (It is strictly forbidden to occupy the top bed over 50kg) and a wardrobe.
From this bedroom you access the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying rack.
Finally, the bathroom (shower) has a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, a single sink and an integrated toilet.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Hébergement très bien situé, avec de nombreuses commodités à proximité. Le logement est très spacieux, bien pensé et bien agencé, ce qui le rend très agréable à vivre.Petit point d’amélioration : un point d’eau à l’extérieur de la maison serait vraiment pratique pour se rincer et nettoyer les affaires après une journée à la plage. Une place de parking attitrée au logement serait également un vrai plus, car il peut être difficile de trouver une place à proximité.Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hébergement !

Appartement joliment décoré et très bien placé

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cet appartement très joliment décoré , très propre et bien placé proche du marché central . La plage la plus proche est à 10 minutes à pieds. La propriétaire nous a salué au moment de notre départ ce qui nous a touché. Je recommande cet appartement à 100 %
