Our serene, natural settings coupled with our relaxed way of life are unmatched along the Gulf Coast. For example, this three-bedroom, three-bath home offers guests a unique waterfront view while they share some fun, sun, and laughs with friends and family any time of year. The old-world ambiance of Fairhope, Alabama is reminiscent of a charming European town. Located on the bluffs of Mobile Bay, many vacation house rentals come with magnificent details, including rich decor, lovely bay views, private piers, and boat docks. This small-town gem has everything you need within walking distance. The thriving downtown includes a plethora of shops and attractions, including art galleries, antique stores, a public park with a large pier, monuments, churches, restaurants, coffee shops, and health food stores.

Dock details: Water is not deep enough for boat to dock. Dock is for fishing only. Fairhope Yacht Club is nearby for boat access and parking.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home is fabulous! It is clean and we had plenty of room for us to all be comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! What a stunning view!

Nice home in a great location in Fairhope

This property was very well equipped compared to some VRBO homes we have experienced before. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath and kitchen linens available. Clean with amazing view and great location

I have stayed at this property twice. It’s very clean. Very well appointed. The location is fantastic; walkable to restaurants, town and the municipal pier. If stairs are a challenge for a person, this is not the property for you.

Beautiful house and Gorgeous sunset!

Beautiful house. It is a workout with it on the bay. House is high off the ground! While we spent most of our time in Fairhope. Was disappointed the TV/Cable was not HD and not a smart tv to stream your apps/subscriptions.

Spacious home on the water

This lovely 3 BR home is directly on the bay with beautiful views. The king BR is on the main floor; 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each and a loft are upstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are lots of windows looking out to the bay in the living area. There is a flight of stairs from the driveway to access the entry. The private pier with benches lights up at night.

Great Property, beware of owner

The property is in a great location and beautiful. However, the owner filed a "damage" complaint regarding a stain/circle on the counter. I am not even certain if I created a stain/circle. Any stain should have easily been cleanable. It was quickly resolved by Vacasa. However, due to the owner's expectations/limitation, I would be careful renting this unit.

The location is perfect! We stayed here for a wedding that was at The Grand. We had activities in town and at The Grand during our stay and it was so convenient! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but certainly enjoyed it the little time we did. The view of the bay, the windows, the light was all simply lovely. The house is great and clean! We communicated through text with the management co. and they were very responsive.

We had a great time. Only 3 criticisms. Dishwasher does not break down detergent even when opening package. We had to run twice to get clean. Throw pillows would add to comfort plus having HD TV

This property is wonderful. It is spacious and super clean.

Our family enjoyed time spent on the private dock - we caught a crab and a few fish!! The home is fully equipped. Owners have thought of everything a guest would need! I highly recommend!

Beautiful property and great location. Dolphins and sunsets included! House is as pictured.

Upon arrival the code did not work, but we were able to call and get in pretty quick. Adult kids said their beds were hard and uncomfortable but master bed was very comfy. House is beautiful and spacious in a great location. Well stocked other than no hand towels. I could never get responses from property manager via my app, but they were helpful when I called about getting inside. I would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful view! Perfect home away from home for our family!

We loved our stay. The property was clean and well kept, and the view was amazing! My family of 6 slept comfortably, and my 4 kiddos even had room for 2 friends to join on our last night. Perfect home away from home for us!!

Beautiful house/excellent location

Our group of six girlfriends have stayed at this house twice. Enjoyed it both times. Beautiful views, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and spacious enough for our group of 6 women.
