Welcome to "Fenêtres sur cour," a 3★ duplex of 65 m² tastefully decorated to blend comfort and elegance for a relaxing stay in Honfleur.
Located just steps from the Vieux Bassin, this home is a peaceful haven for up to 4 guests, tucked away in a quiet courtyard.

Bel appartement, très bien situé et bien équipé.La cour est très touristique et énormément visitée... Exigeants sur l'intimité s'abstenir.Toutefois, la nuit la cour est fermée aux visiteurs et le calme est absolu !L'ensemble apparaît très clean, mais nous nous sommes aperçus, à la première douche, qu'un énorme bouchon de cheveux longs bouchaient totalement l'évacuation du receveur. Ce qui signifie que la douche n'avait tout simplement pas été nettoyée, sinon la personne du ménage s'en serait rendu compte.Désagréable et décevante découverte !

Nous prenons note de votre remarque concernant l'intimité en raison du caractère touristique des lieux, cela peut effectivement ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Heureusement, comme vous l'avez mentionné, la cour est fermée aux visiteurs la nuit pour garantir le calme. Concernant la propreté de la salle de bain, nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses. Cela n'est pas à la hauteur de nos standards habituels et nous comprenons que cela ait pu créer une expérience décevante. Soyez assuré que nous prenons votre feedback très au sérieux et que nous allons adresser cette situation avec notre équipe de nettoyage pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise.
