The white sand beach is your backyard at this three-level home in Orange Beach, a Gulf-front retreat for swimmers, surfers, and beachcombers alike. Enjoy three levels of covered deck space where you can gaze at the Gulf of Mexico, and dine alfresco with your loved ones.

Inside, you'll find a living space with central air conditioning, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room, the den, and all five bedrooms. There's a private washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits each evening and truly spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf throughout the house.

The Nordic Villas subdivision is located in a remote corner of Orange Beach, so you can enjoy the privacy of a house away from the masses. This private community offers a host of shared conveniences on its manicured grounds, including two outdoor pools (each with plenty of room and lounge chairs for sun worshippers), two charcoal grills, a firepit, and two additional large parking lots. Each house features an ample private parking area and its own boardwalk leading to the beach.

Cancellation for this property must be 90 days prior to arrival.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama, LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay!

We really love this location. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Direct access to a beach that’s not overcrowded, a lovely and well kept 3 level home with plenty of space, great accommodations- what more could a family and some friends want for a summer trip. Thanks so much for helping us pull off yet another great Beach Vacation!

Nice!

The house was very spacious and clean! Our large family had plenty of room to be together and then had our own rooms for privacy. The walk to the beach was just fine for most, however we had three seniors over the age of 70 with us and it was a bit of a walk for them. One of the children in our group got a splinter in her foot on the main deck so please be careful. We brought a Keurig along with us so everyone could bring their own coffee and that was a great idea! Every bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Make sure you bring extra paper towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. These items are much cheaper to bring from home! Overall, we had such an awesome time and I would highly recommend this vacation hometo anyone. The views from the balcony were beautiful! Sure, it could use some updates on the furniture, but none of that really mattered to our family!

Cute beach home

Loved the home. Spacious and cute. We went with other families and we all had plenty of space. Short walk to the beach. Very picturesque. The house is in need of updates but would definitely stay again.

Need better maintenance

Everything is good the location the cleaning but they told us the dryer wasn’t working but they going to fix it later and they never fixed we message them and they say the team going as soon they can an nothing we stay there for 7 day and they never fix it

Wonderful beach home for multiple families

We absolutely loved the community, the private beach steps away, the pool (also felt nearly private - only shared with within the small community of homes), and the grills. The house was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 10. Kids loved the bunks. Loved all the bathrooms attached to bedrooms. House is older so could use a few minor updates to give it the polish it so deserves. The ice maker to fill coolers each day was a nice amenity. Plumbing was an issue on day 1 but maintenance took care of it fairly promptly on a Sunday. Thank you!

Great place to stay, especially for the price and location!

There were 3 of us couples with children and then their grandparents, and this house worked perfect for us. The location was wonderful in terms of the house being located in a nice section between high rises so the beach was not crowded in our portion. But, also, it was centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities without feeling like you're right there in the middle. There is a sand dune you have to walk over to get to the beach that I could see being tough/an issue for if you're elderly or carrying kids (two of us had babies under 1, and it was tiring at times, but we managed just fine.) The pool is right outside the house, which is great. The only cons we had was, the house is showing it's age and will need some updates in the coming year(s), however, nothing immediately needing to be addressed and nothing that hindered our stay. The pots and pans could use updating, as the bigger skillet is beyond using it's so worn, so cooking for a large group was time consuming having to use multiple smaller pans. A few more chairs, or different setup for the main porch would be nice so more people could sit at once, but, again, didn't hinder our stay. The unit upstairs wasn't working right when we first got there, but the response and service to fix it was quick. We were impressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and the fact the house fit us all nicely. We will absolutely stay here again in years to come if maintenance is kept up!

Facilities not as advertised.

We booked a beach house. We arrived to find a duplex. The other side was occupied by 15-20 male college students. This was supposed to be a family setting, adults required. Our grandchildren were subjected to non-stop loud, vulgar music. Noise after 10:00 was unacceptable. Management did not correct the issues. Very disappointed. $200 offered as compensation on stay costing $3000. Extremely unhappy with company response to issues.

Beautiful location showing its age

We loved our stay at Jenny Lind, the location and proximity to the beach is top notch! However this is our second year in the Jenny Lind house and it is definitely showing its age. Cabinet doors are loose and appear to be close to falling off, washing machine was so loud we actually sent the kids outside thinking the Blue Angels were flying over the first time we used it! You can definitely tell that property maintenance is lacking in several areas. Seems to be a common them in the Nordic Villas too, we talked to people in a house a couple of houses down who had several maintenance issues during there stay with repeatedly delayed response.

Great beach house for large family!

Great house and love the access to the beach. Master bath upgrade is very nice! Recommend upgrading the two dining tables and adding two comfortable chairs in the main living area. It was nice to have the two refrigerators and a separate living area for the kids!

Lack of maintenance

Nice view with potential but a serious lack of maintenance.....door knobs broken, blinds broken or not there, zero supplies, no mattress pads on beds, exterior doors dysfunctional, dull knives, blender missing parts, toilet paper roll holders broken, the cheapest thinnest paper towels and TP.......

I liked that the accommodations were Beach front, the home does need updating. Especially the furniture, however it was able to accommodate us ok. There were some bumps in the road but fixed promptly.

Great location

Positives: Great location, right on the beach. Very nice and clean house. Negatives: Bare bones inside, no salt and pepper, oil, seasonings, foil, dish soap or garbage bags (they gave us one garbage bag to start and enough detergent for two loads of dishes). Barbecues are charcoal so bring that too. Overall great place but make sure you bring everything and are prepared to go to the store frequently.

Awful

This home was filthy. The upstairs bedroom had bed bugs. I rented this home for a wedding and could not change and refused to get upset. Not worth the money!! The views are amazing. The layout is perfect, but that doesn't supersede the disgust!
