This stunning new home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of The Bluffs, boasting just ten homes that are mere steps away from the famous sugar-white sands of Orange Beach.

Enjoy the view of the ocean from the three stunning balconies with plenty of seating for everyone. You'll be on the beach in no time thanks to the dune walkover exclusive to the Bluffs, which allows you to go back and forth between the house and the beach for food or drinks. However, if you're in the mood to be served cold drinks or fresh fish, you'll be right next door to CoastAL, the new beachside bar/restaurant where you can enjoy live music every night.

Return to your Bluffs home and step through the front door to find your own personal paradise. Take a seat on the comfortable furnishings provided in the spacious living area and kick back with your friends. Check out the large gourmet kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you'll need to whip up something delectable for everyone. Take a moment to slow down and admire the home's interior decor, ivory from head to toe. Afterward, step out to the balcony and bask in the gorgeous view as you clank drinks with your pals around sunset. Take a dip in the private pool and unwind with a cool and refreshing swim. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The managing company vacasa was cheap with the amenities. We have booked many different properties through VRBO and have not had any issues until this trip. The house was nice and spacious but lacked enough supplies for dishwasher, washing machine and paper towels. We were only 6 people but this place can accommodate 14. There were not enough coffee cups or glassware. The area rugs felt dirty as you walked on them barefoot. Vacasa gave us the wrong number to unlock the lockbox for the key. We had to call them upon our arrival. The paper shades and aluminum foil in a bedroom window was annoying whenever the breeze from the fan moved it. The door to the pool did not lock which is a safety and security issue. That meant the house was left unlocked during the night. We dealt with the issues because being together as a family is what counts.

Great place- issues with appliances

We love the house and location. We called and texted multiple times that the dishwasher was not working and had smelly water in the bottom- never came to fix. Also the GFIs in kitchen kept tripping and we had to find a second box to flip the circuit. The microwave did not work either. If these issues had not existed, would have been an ideal place, but at this price point, I would expect more.

Wedding weekend

Gorgeous beach house. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding at the Coastal Arts Center. We needed something large enough to accommodate all the bridesmaids. It was perfect! Beautifully decorated and gave us so much space for hair and makeup the morning of. We had the bridal luncheon next door at Coastal Restaurant and it was so convenient to just walk right over. Everything was incredible! We definitely would love to come back and stay again. My only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house. But other than that, it had everything else we needed. Thanks for a fabulous visit.

Great location and fabulous layout

This house was perfect for housing myself, my college-aged daughter and 8 of her girlfriends for an early spring break. It was clean, comfortable and had a decent amount of kitchen items as we cooked almost every day. I can’t give 5-stars for communication; response time was less than ideal and they didn’t appear familiar with our home. There was road noise but the close proximity to beach was awesome!

AMAZING!

Our stay was beyond phenomenal!!!!! We had a large group! Four adults, and 8 kids! The house offered plenty of space for everyone while we were in the house. The beach and access were amazing! While the house is not on the beach, it is right there. We had no issues going back and forth. It was perfect. House is very well located and close to anything you need. Excellent location!

Short but super sweet

Had a blast and will do again. Got a real workout with all the stairs because the elevator door wouldn’t open but the home was so beautiful it made up for our burning calf muscles. Lol loved it.

Spacious Beach House

This house was amazing! We had four adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved how close it was to the beach. Having an elevator in the house was a huge plus! We used it to carry up all of our luggage and groceries for the week. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location

The home was beautiful and spacious! It had everything we needed. The location was close to everything, so much so we ate at CoastAL at least 3 times. There is some traffic noise due to the close proximity of the blvd, but it didn’t bother us.

Great Beach Access

Beautiful home with fantastic access to a virtually private area of the beach. Loved the decor and high end appliances, but found the kitchen lacking for large pots/pans, serving pieces, etc. Easy parking and very convenient location. It was warm outside, but the pool was still pretty cold since it is in the shade. Overall, our whole family enjoyed this home and would stay agian.

1st Beach trip with all the grands!

We loved the location, the beach accessibility, the roominess of the house, all the top of the line appliances, the parking spaces, the grill and patio area, and if the weather had been warmer we would have loved utilizing the very nice pool. We would absolutely book this property again!

Great Location

The house was as pictured, and there was more than enough room to accommodate our family! The boardwalk to the beach and location made it easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go! Being in the heart of town also brought the noise. If you are a lite sleeper, I highly recommend ear plugs! No matter what room you are in, you hear sirens 3 or 4 times a night, and the trash trucks are going by 4:30 at the condos next door.

Dads Spring Break

This was our fifth year heading south golfing, breaking out of the snowy north. Playing golf every day, this property was absolutely perfect! The location, the property and the amenities were above all expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and situated in a great spot, not just on the beach. We will definitely be back! Beautiful Space

Living area was huge and wonderful. Kitchen needed a second potholder. Several electric outlets do not work. Just little aggravations. The elevator dud not work most if the time. . For a three night stay we were given one dushwasher pod, andthere were seven of us.
