This cozy, convenient little condo comes with a great big view of the Gulf of Mexico! Especially from the comfortably furnished balcony, a great spot to dine or just relax and breathe in the fresh salt air. The home features one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area and berth bunks in the hallway, so there's room for the whole family. The kitchen is well-equipped for even the most gourmet cook or for those who want a quick snack and then head back to the beach or pool. Restaurants are nearby for a relaxing evening after a busy day playing in the water and sand. The amazing view reveals the best sunrises and sunsets that Orange Beach has to offer.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location of the property was in a great location, Very short walk to the beach. The bed & pillows were uncomfortable, there was no trashcan in the restroom. There was no space in the bedroom, the bed took up the entire room. A good place for a short stay for only a couple.. Can use some upgrades.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities. The WiFi was a bit unreliable and the mattresses were truly uncomfortable and very loud. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with this property.

Great location

This room was perfect for my wife and I. Everything was clean and the interior was decorated nicely. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool is very nice. Lots of good restaurants close by and plenty to do in the area.

Ok condo- location is good but could use some additional cleaning attention.

Overall just ok. Needs further attention cleaning and with dryer. The inside of dryer was coming apart and timer doesn’t operate correctly.

Great condo right on the water!

Nice 3-day weekend getaway for my husband and I. Super easy check in, condo was exactly as stated/pictured, and it was easy to find. It was a nice, peaceful, and relaxing stay. Balcony directly faces the Gulf and has a beautiful view! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Well maintained property, easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely consider renting one of the other Vacasa properties in the near future.

The beach

We frequent the Alabama beaches quite often and this is by far the best place we've stayed. Very secure and peaceful. Condo was exceptionally clean and user friendly! Beach and the chair attendant were fantastic and placed just right.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Partner and I needed to get away and out of the snow for a relaxing vacation. This unit was just enough for us! Unit was perfect size and the condominium building was small enough that we didn’t have to fight traffic or walk through a huge building. The balcony faced the beach and was perfect!

Beautiful Serenity

The condo had a beautiful presentation, sparkling clean, decor added a relaxing vibe with all the amenities of home. Each morning enjoyed watching the dolphins play beachfront while enjoying coffee at sunrise and quiet, peaceful sunsets every evening. Very close to any and all food, entertainment with lots to see and do as a family or a couple. This was an amazing 6th wedding anniversary trip.

Perfect little condo for a small family

This unit was the perfect size for our family of four. The unit is quipped with everything your will need for a week long stay. The size of the complex was perfect for our family that doesn’t enjoy “resort” style communities!

The condo was perfect, beautiful views. If I were to suggest, I would have some minor supplies like salt and pepper, oil or Pam, coffee filters. Not expensive but good to have for guests.
