Beautifully decorated. Very clean, enjoyed our stay. Condo was over the pool which was a little noisy for an old couple. We would stay there again.

Great Condo

The condo was very well maintained, clean and well stocked. The pool was large with plenty of chairs and the walk over to the beach was very short and easy. We will be renting this unit again.

Amazing place to stay

We loved this place from the minute we got here. Had a problem with the neighbors downstairs, called the owner and within an hour was taken care of. Great communication. Wonderful place to stay. Will be staying there again

My girls and I truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfy and cozy. Sat outside and listened to the water was serene. Beach was just steps away and we all spent hours just relaxing at the beach. Hopefully it will be available next year !

Escape from the cold

We decided last minute to go to Orange Beach for a week. So glad we did. The condo was just perfect for 2! My favorite spot was the deck! Very comfortable furniture!

Beautiful location and property

We were very pleased with the whole experience from reserving this location, check in, and communication with Rick. The property is exactly as seen on VRBO. The location is amazing and the views are beautiful. We love sitting on the balcony in the morning and at night listening to the waves. There were concerns initially with Hurricane Helene causing weather issues with our stay. Rick kept in close contact and gave us options if needed. We were able to enjoy our stay as planned. We would recommend this property and look forward to being able to stay here again.

Lovely condo, great view!

Two beautiful weeks and not one complaint! Especially enjoyed the comfy furniture on the balcony. That is where we spent most of our time. We have been to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach many times and this is the best place we have stayed. We will definitely be back next year, hopefully for a month. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Four Winds Condo. We could not get in with the door code provided, so I called the owner and he was able to recode it remotely and got in within a couple minutes. He also followed up with us to make sure all was OK. The condo was clean and recently updated. The ocean view is amazing. Highly recommend.

All great but hot tub

Everything was great except the hot tub was inoperable - heater was broken. In addition, they have disconnected the ability to have jets permanently. If you don't care about the hot tub, then it's a great unit, location. Owner was great to work with.

Beautiful, cozy condo

Four Winds 302 is beautifully decorated. The furniture is very comfortable and the bed is AMAZING! Kitchen is well equipped, and, for being a one-bedroom condo, there was a surprising amount of storage throughout the unit. Before you reserve, check if the elevator is back in service. We didn't find out until the day before that it wasn't working, and though we were on the third floor, it was a bit of a struggle for us 2 65+ year-olds to get all of our stuff up there. We especially felt very bad for those on higher floors. We believe it was a major disservice to not offer the option to cancel, or at least a price reduction. It felt like a bait and switch. The air conditioner will freeze up if you set the thermostat below 70, so just be aware. We also left a note for the cleaning crew about the shower curtain liner, as it was THICKLY covered in mildew. And we couldn't get the dishwasher to turn on (which is required at check-out). Hopefully these last 2 items can easily be corrected before the next guests arrive. The location is great, short walk to beach from condo, nice pool. We would consider staying here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was perfect in every way. I must say it's the most cleanest and most comfortable condo we've ever stayed at. The decor was beautiful, very modern. My husband of course loved the big screen TV. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed. We actually stayed in 3 nights during the week and fixed dinner in the condo. The full size washer and dryer made me happy. I just washed a load every night so everything stayed clean, no dirty laundry to take home. I liked the building size, with only 36 condos it was never crowded. I don't think we ever had to wait on the elevator. I liked have the convenience of no keys, the key pad on the door worked perfectly. Also, the key pad to unlock the gate for the pool area provided a sense of security that no strangers could just walk through. The short walk to the beach was great. The pool area and even the whole building was very clean. A worker was out cleaning and sweeping it seemed like every morning. The location was perfect, there were 3 grocery stores all within a 5 minute drive. Plus, plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. If it wasn't for our busy schedule with both my daughters playing softball... I think I would have already booked it again for next year. I will definitely try when I know we have an open week! Thank you!

Unfortunately, our stay at this condo was not very pleasant. The unit had a strong moldy, musty odor and that along with a couple of bugs made it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. These issues raised real concerns about cleanliness and health standards. It’s disappointing because the location and setup have potential, but the property clearly needs cleaning, pest control, and better overall maintenance. The outdoor cushions need replaced and the sofa needs a good cleaning. The views of the beach and the location was good.

Unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice size balcony which we enjoyed. The outdoor cushions need re-stuffed or replaced. The only disappointment was that no beach towels are provided. We were forced to buy some. Every other beach rental we’ve ever used, always provided all beach gear.

The perfect last minute trip! The most wonderful view with actual comfortable balcony furniture and the best couch ever in the living room. We found ourselves looking for the tags on mattress also! Small condo building so we weren’t crowded on the beach and never waited for the elevator! We can’t wait to o back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as listed, and the ocean view from the balcony was the best part! It has everything you need for the most part, and it is very nicely decorated, very beachy!
