The spacious house, built in 2003, is situated on a 1000m2 hillside plot with mature trees in the villa district of the "Els Grecs" urbanisation. Sunny, quiet location with fantastic panoramic views of Roses and the largest bay in the Mediterranean. Because trees had to be felled due to age, you can enjoy this unique view from the upper terrace, the lower terrace and from the pool. The previous rather small kidney-shaped pool was replaced in 2020 by a larger rectangular pool measuring 7.5 metres long and 4 metres wide with water depths of 1.20 metres to 1.70 metres, making it particularly family-friendly. But we also take complaints from former guests very seriously. The new pool with its spacious sunbathing area in a unique panoramic location should also meet high standards. The garden furniture has been renewed and a robust "wobble-free" large glass table is available for the terrace. The upstairs bathroom has been renovated. Mosquito screens have been fitted to the bedroom windows; however, as there are very small insects that can probably get through these fine screens, we recommend using additional mosquito plugs. Our caretakers are very committed to the cleanliness of the house; however, they are dependent on our guests leaving the kitchen and barbecue as they would like to find them.
