The floor plan of this house allows for privacy for every guest. It is comfortably decorated with lots of seating for guests both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked for those who want to test their cooking skills and the location is close to an assortment of local restaurants. The 5 bedrooms each feature comfortable beds to afford a great night's sleep after a long day spent in the sea and sun. Things to Know:
*Cancellation for this property must be 90 days prior to arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great home for large or multiple family vacation!

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for our family! We loved that the home was close to town but far enough away that the beach was private. The home was fully stocked, and even had beach chairs & toys - Thank you for a great vacation home!

Spacious set up just perfect for our family. Beach access was awesome. Covered back deck with the heat would’ve been better, the deck gets real hot on your feet. Make sure to have sandals handy.

Great beach house

This is a great beach house for a vacation. Lots of room and well laid out. Beach access is great and the deck provides for beautiful views.

Terrific family getaway

Gulf-front location was ideal for a large gathering of family members from around the country, with ample space for everyone coming and going throughout our two-week stay, including those visiting from their own local rentals. Living room furniture does need a deep clean/reupholstering, and water pressure and WiFi need improvement. Overall, though, a wonderful stay. Shout-out to Daniel from Vacasa office for all his cheerful assistance!

Location & Size of Home WONDERFUL - Amenities OK

This home is directly on the beach and so convenient to walk back and forth from beach. You can also sit on the back porch and see/hear the waves which is wonderful. The house itself is very, spread out and large enough to accommodate large families. Our only complaint is the owner needs to provide rugs in bathrooms and entry points in home, there were none! They also didn't provide kitchen rags and limited towels. The house also needs a deep clean. Overall, great experience but this is primarily because of the location & house size.

Perfect for a Sewing Getaway

The house was perfect for our employee retreat! We had 11 women and two dogs, sewing machines, and all of the things that go with sewing and we had plenty of room. The deck had nice furniture for sitting outside and there were plenty of comfy chairs for everyone inside. The views were superb. Having a fully stocked kitchen was great - we got to the house and didn't leave for the entire week.

Perfect location

The house has a great view and nice layout for multiple guests. Upholstered furniture desperately needs cleaning or replacement. cabinets/dishes should've been cleaner.

Layout of the house was a wonderful suprise. Bedrooms are large. Bathrooms are very adequate. Flooring inside the home and decks were recently upgraded and are very nice. House was well equipped with all the kitchen utensils that a family would need. Lots of games and puzzles are also available. We really enjoyed the comforts of this home while waiting for hurricaine Francine to pass.

Excellent annual holiday girls trip

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION This place was stunning and when they say, steps from the beach, they mean it! Never again will I stay in a beach condo when these sorts of properties are available. The house was HUGE...we should have brought more friends. There was space for everyone, extra pillows, blankets and bath towels which is a must. The only problem with being a little further from "town" is that some of our favorite dinner spots wouldn't deliver to us. No biggie tho, we made it work. Will definitely be booking again.

Utterly Fantastic Location

This place is decent looking from the outside bug inside is tremendous. Amazing views with banks of windows, doors, 3 master suites, & many many places to sit and eat and hang out. We had 12 people and never felt cramped. Supplies were provided, nice appliances, although stove dial was worn away so could not read, worked well. Washing machine gave us some trouble but we worked though it and again the night before we left so they were going to send a technician after. Would book this again, such an amazing private beach area, space galore, beautiful views, and separation bedrooms. Close to just about everything too!

Great location

Great location on quiet part of the beach. Layout of house has 3 bedroom areas and ample common space. Furnishings are a little worn but perfectly functional. Cleaning crew did a great job on the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. That said, this was supposed to be a non-smoking house, but whoever stayed in it before us most definitely smoked. The stench was horrible especially in the main bedroom where our friends were going to sleep. And since she has asthma, we had to shuffle rooms around. Also had to purchase some air cleaner and spray it daily to keep the smell at a tolerable level in the rest of the house.

Fall Break Family Vacay with 11

After 2 other condo reservations fell through, we decided to book our annual fall family beach trip in a house. It was our first time in a house after 20+ years of ocean front beaching in the area. Collectively, we all enjoyed the house experience! Positives: Plenty of linens, towels, dishes and silverware as well as the usual pots and pans, etc. Distance to the beach was wonderful...just steps (no long boardwalk) Everyone was able to sleep in a bed (usually the kids are on air mattresses) Parking for all 5 of our vehicles in the driveway (not restricted to 2) Lots of hot water for back to back to back showers Furniture was comfortable Many satellite tv channels for viewing Enough keys for each family and then some Bike path on street sides made for great walking without fear of traffic Traffic generally low in this area Negatives: Quite slow internet speed for our folks that needed to work Home was generally clean but not deep clean Water pressure was a bit weak with more than one shower at a time Upgrade to smart TV's would be nice (Living area tv is a great size, just not smart) Not able to see the beach from the house--that dune is in the way!

Crosswind Landing

We loved the house. The 2 Murphy Beds in the living room were a nice surprise to have with our large family. The kitchen was much bigger than the pictures showed, plus a pantry. Well stocked! Nice to have the bar with refrigerator for drinks! We really enjoyed the numerous swivel chairs, second sofa near kitchen, and 2 tables for meals.

Great Stay

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It had plenty of room for everyone to have their on sleep space! The only thing it needed was blankets on the beds and a new dryer. We had to dry everything twice! The beach was perfect there and not crowded with people! Will rent again!
