The simple pleasures of coastal living await at Raffles 215, an ideally located condo on the north side of Ocean City. You'll be able to walk to the community pool, Northside Park, and the ocean beach with ease, with central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, a balcony, and a full kitchen on hand to welcome you home.


Raffles sits directly east of Northside Park in Ocean City, where you can take in fireworks displays, rent kayaks and paddleboards, go crabbing and fishing off the pier, ride bikes, and attend such special events as Sundaes in the Park (with live entertainment and sundae-making for adults and children every Sunday night in July and August). You'll also be near the ocean beach (a few blocks east, across Coastal Highway) and close to great restaurants, shops, The Fractured Prune, and a number of fun activities and attractions in the surrounding blocks.

The community pool will be ready for use on Saturday, May 24th at 8:30am to 8pm. Visitors are not permitted outside of those times.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This sweet little place was enjoyed by us! Perfect distance to the park and the ocean. Everything is close by and walkable. Pool is nice too! Try Ala- Cone Bubble waffles- yum!!!!

Nice for a family vacation

We book this same unit every year for our family vacation. It’s convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach. It also is so awesome being next to Northside Park and being able to relax in the pool in the evenings.

Perfect location

Great affordable rental

Great rental for a small group. The rooms were clean, modern and well kept. The location between the beach and the park is superb. Everything for a fun family trip is within a short walking distance. Thank you for making a beach weekend affordable for a small family.

Great location for a relaxing vacation

We loved out stay and the location. We had the park right out back and the beach was a short walk across the street (which was no problem with the lights ) and down about a city block or so. This is a great place for people who don't want to be downtown. There are plenty of stores and restaurants to do what you want without all the congestion.

Great condo

We love the location of Raffles. This is our first time in this unit. I was impressed with the cleanliness, which is my top priority. Very nice overall. Bathroom and shower were awesome. Love the flooring in the living room, which was very spacious. The tv had streaming services with a ton of options. I suggest bringing a fan for the bedroom. It was a little hotter than the rest of the condo. We would stay here again!

Perfect location!

We stayed at Raffles 215 over the Fourth of July holiday, and it was the perfect spot. It is just steps from Northside Park--it was so nice to be able to just walk over to watch the fireworks rather than having to drive, find parking, drag our chairs around, etc. It is also very close to many great restaurants (Uber Bagels is practically in the same parking lot...yum!). The pool was great for when my 5 year old got tired of the sand. The condo's furnishings/amenities are kind of bare bones, but it had everything we needed and was super clean. The only bad part of our stay was that the downstairs neighbor came up to complain that my daughter was being too noisy. This was at about 4pm...and she is a very calm, reserved 5 year old. She wasn't running around or yelling or stomping her feet. I was pretty annoyed by this (she's a kid on vacation! it was day time!) and figured I should mention it to future guests as something to be cautious of--the neighbor told me she owns there, so I could definitely see this happening again in the future. We could hear the people above us walking around so it does seem that the insulation isn't doing much to buffer the sound, but I wasn't bothered by it. We will definitely stay here again!

Not the best, but I only slept there.

Aside from I guess a child above my condo stomping his feet for a hour to an hour and a half for the last 3 nights I was there. It wasn't too bad. But if your gonna charge for cleaning you need to address some issues with your cleaning department. Didn't notice the first day there but, there was woman's long black hair strands on the bathroom floor. On one of the beds the box spring cover has a yellow stain. Could if vacuumed under the beds. Step on a toe nail clipping that was near the edge of bed on the floor. I didn't use the kitchen or the living room except the fridge. Like I said I was out all the time and just slept there. The stain didn't bother me on the box spring, at least the sheets were clean. I stay there again but if your gonna pay someone to clean you might as well pay me.

Disappointed; uncomfortable stay.

We booked for about a week stay and were really excited to go on our trip but when we got there we were met with dirty dishes, dirty and bloody bedsheets, a broken closet door in the bathroom that actually fell an hit me on the head and broken or missing cleaning supplies such as a broom that was broken in half and an empty box of Swiffer pads. On our second last night we got a call from the manager stating we were all minors (the youngest person being 30 yrs old) and that we were smoking on the property but none of us smoke. I also live in a home with 4 dogs and could not sleep because of the dog barking below us all day/night. Hope that pup is ok! We also read a review about how someone complained about the child running around and jumping that was a little overwhelming because of how loud it was but had no idea that child would still be there when we got there. Exorcisms aren’t as loud as this spawn from the underworld. Otherwise we had a nice time in the beautiful state of Maryland! Will definitely visit the state again, this place not so much! I’ve seen cleaner hostels.

Good and Bad

We recently stayed at this location. Upon arrival we inspected our condo. The kitchen and living room were fine and for the most part so was the bathroom. When inspecting the bedroom the comforters on both beds were soiled with stains that looked like previous tenant may have had a nose bleed. I called immediately to have them replaced and took photos. Also the two decorative pillows that were placed on top of our main pillows were filthy with yellow stains and dirt marks. We called immediately spoke to someone and was told a report was made and someone would get us new comforters. The next day we received a text asking about our issue. I responded with details and was told they would send cleaning service. We spent the next 3 days with nothing to cover us at night except for the top bed sheet. This was never addressed also my wife and I went and bought bleach and detergent and cleaned the sheets before sleeping in them due to hair and dirt particles on sheets. The entire area the location everything else was honestly great but a simple sending someone over to take care of this important issue was not enjoyable Oh and did I mention the Vacasa cleaning service was across the street from our balcony. Was also told by customer service we would be compensated for our trouble and still no communication. SMH

Unclean and dated but 1 block from the beach

Dealing with Vacasa was a nightmare for me on a personal level trying to reschedule my trip while getting over being sick with COVID. 2 company reps I spoke with told me (I spoke to 4 people total trying to reschedule my trip) that "COVID isn't going anywhere" so the company doesn't allow you to reschedule. I told them that their policy is actually encouraging people to travel while they're sick which is dangerous and was basically told "oh well. Not our problem. It's endemic now". I was told that I can cancel with Vacasa and definitely not get my money back from them or try to file a claim with my travel insurance to hopefully recoup my costs, neither of which gave me certainty I could get my money back. We ended up missing the first day of our trip as we were home recovering and decided to go on the trip once we felt better the next day. The property itself was not very clean - there were literal dust bunnies on the floor, dirty handprints on the outside of the sliding glass doors, trash under the beds, soda (or some other brown colored substance) on the bed sheets, no towels, and to top it off the floor was so dirty the tops of my crawling baby's feet turned black. The only thing this property has going for it is its proximity to Northside park and the beach which is a close walk. It's dated and unclean but pretty central otherwise. Would I stay here again? Yes - IF I didn't have to deal with Vacasa, but since they manage the property and/or own it that's not an option. This company's representatives (and the policies they upheld) made me feel unsafe, unimportant, unacknowledged, and I refuse to support a company that makes it clear how little they value their customers or their vacation experience.

Right between the ocean and the bay

Nice uptown location. Behind it is a softball park, with trails to ride bicycles or take. stroll... it has a wonderful long pier where a few families would 'crab'... nice evening walk. Equally a short walk to the ocean side beach. Close to food and shopping.
