Relax in this new construction 4 bedroom multi-level home. Two blocks to the beach. Spacious downstairs living and dining area with an upstairs sitting area. Amenities include washer and dryer, central air, wireless internet, keyless entry, outside shower and storage. Additional public street parking on both sides of the property. Great home for a fun multi-generation family vacation.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is a great property, very spacious, clean. About 2 blocks from the beach. Lots to do in the area, especially with kids. Would definitely rent this property again.

We loved our stay: Great, bright, huge house, easy walk to the beach

We comfortably had 10 adults in this house and never felt cramped. The bathrooms are HUGE and the house is bright and clean and the A/C worked well. The kitchen had enough pots, pans, plates, and utensils but many of the cooking tools were basic: if you're a gourmet, bring some of your favorites. Even with the density of houses nearby, it was quiet and not crowded during our mid-july stay. We liked sitting on the porch and watching the bicycle traffic go by in the mornings and evenings. For future guests: You may have to pull gently on the front door when using the electronic lock. The wifi was different than what was shown in the info packet (SSID: "Henry"). The mattress protector on the master bed was NOISY and hot. (some guests probably remove it - consider bringing your own) There was a boogie board, some beach chairs, and a surfboard in the storage shed.

Very nice.

We stayed at the this property in Montego Bay and I wish we could have stayed longer. We really enjoyed how spacious the home was. We had 5 adults and 3 children in the house. We found the upstairs master closet to be the perfect room for our baby to sleep in. It was very spacious. There was an additional closet in the upstairs master for our belongings. I loved the pocket doors In the home as it made the space feel More roomy. All of the bathrooms were nicely updated and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms had ceiling fans. The carpet was very nice and I really enjoyed having the extra space in the loft area upstairs. The front porch furniture was really nice and we spent some time sitting out front in the evening. All the appliances (except the ice maker) worked well. The unit was kept pretty clean except the piles of dust on the baseboards, above the closet doors and in the bathroom ceiling. The shed was stocked well beach chairs, some toys, boogie board and an extra cooler with wheels. I wish the unit would have had a few more games for the adults after the kids went down. The beds were very comfortable. Over all the home was very spacious and comfortable and was a short walk to the beach. And we would stay here again.

Great place, bad management

The place itself it very nice and as described, however it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a short term rental (not that our entire experience was bad). The check in instructions were not sent to me until after the check in time and two hours after I requested them. If the place hadn’t been left unlocked, presumably on accident by the cleaners, then we wouldn’t have been able to get in our first night. We couldn’t leave and lock our doors for two days because the door code we received didn’t work and no one seemed to know what they were doing in order to provide a working code. The office was closed by the time we knew the code and that it didn’t work and wasn’t going to reopen for four days. When you call the number for assistance you get directed to someone who knows absolutely nothing about where you are staying and could only direct us to go to the office that was closed. I’ve also never seen a rental so dirty in my life (we rent at least 3-4 times per year), not that the place itself is filthy, its more like the cleaners made the beds, perhaps cleaned the toilets, and left. Floors weren’t swept and mopped, table tops were not cleaned off, showers weren’t cleaned. All replies also took a minimum of two hours and fifteen minutes.

Beautiful home, there is a primary suite on the 1st floor and another on the 2nd floor. Both with full bathrooms. Everything is new and fresh. Beautiful kitchen. Plenty of lighting all over.

Great place for family beach week

Great new house with lots of open space, close to the beach and shared pool/tennis court. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is an attached shed with lots of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas). Lots of fun things for kids (and adults) to do in this area - board walk, Assateague Island, kayaking, water park, go-karts...
