Beautiful property in a great neighborhood

Me and my three friends really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautiful townhouse. Check in/out was easy. It was very much the off season and we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood.

Great place

Very roomy and comfortable. I think it would be nice to include kitchen supplies such as dish cloths and dish towels as well as plastic wrap, reynolds wrap etc. also bathroom supplies-soap,towels as well as linens. Thank you for a great stay.

Heck of a rental!

I must give the Le's a round of applause. Their humble abode felt like home away from home, and would absolutely recommend this residence for a variety of folks' getaways. Very clean, incredibly short walk from the beach, affordable, and cozy. 10/10 would stay again!

Awesome spot for a group!

This place was clean, spacious and a great place for a large group. The location is in the vicinity of all OC entertainment but still in a nice quiet area. I forgot a speaker at the place and the host was kind enough to ship it back within days. Great transparency and communication from his end. NOTE, the third party sheet and towel service was flawless. We used Sea Play Homes and everything was waiting for us at the door for check in.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I travel to Ocean city every year and this is the first time we decide on staying at a town home instead of a hotel. It was the best decision we made! This house was spacious and large enough for our family and 2 other couples with children. It was 2 blocks from the beach and close to all the restaurants and grocery store. There was also a pool but it wasn't open yet for the season. This house had everything we needed for our beach vacation and there were even kayaks available. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Overall great rental!

We rented this space over Thanksgiving. Everything was very clean which I greatly appreciated. Location was wonderful and close to the beach. Easily accessible and ample parking. We had 12 in our party and everyone had space to spread out and be comfortable. Main living space is spacious with a large sized table. My only critique would be that there's only a Keurig, not a coffee pot. For coffee drinkers (like we are), this was a bit of a bummer as we truly don't prefer Keurigs, and had I known, I would've actually brought my own pot. Otherwise everything was wonderful and 5 stars!

Annual Trip bayside

The condo was nice but a lot of steps. 17 steps up to main floor and 17 more up to bedrooms. Wasn’t expecting that many steps. But we got used to it. Cleaner forgot to clean unit so when we arrived 20 minutes early it wasn’t cleaned. Owner responded immediately and it was cleaned timely. Fryer didn’t work very well. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t have a better water view. Parking was easy and had room for all of our cars.it was a nice little neighborhood.

Beautiful summer rental

We Loved our stay here at the Le's residents. Their place is beautiful, probably one of the newest houses built in ocean city. It had a large kitchen which help saved us lots of money from going out to eat every day. There was a grill available as well. We traveled with a total of 12 people so it would have been chaotic getting everyone to certain places but since the house was near the beach , restaurants, grocery store it made it convenient that we didn't have to get in our car much to get around. There was a washer and dryer available, super plus, since we never had this available at previous place we stayed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and from booking, checking in and out was easy and fast. We highly recommend their place and will be staying here with our family again in the near future.

What a wonderful weekend

We had the privilege of enjoying both of your houses this past weekend with our church Youth Group and could not have been any more pleased. The students kept telling me all weekend that these were their favorite places we have ever stayed at in Ocean City (we attend a conference here every year) and that they would like to stay there every year from now on. The conference is always during the winter, but our students are trying to find ways to convince us to go back and stay there in the summer so they can take advantage of the pool, kayaks and beach. So it looks like you will be having some repeat stayers with us! The houses were very clean, well stocked and gorgeous. They provided us with the perfect location to be able to connect with each other as a group while being comfortable. I would recommend your houses to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay while in Ocean City. Thanks for all of your assistance in making our weekend one to remember.

Great time in OC, MD

Let's start with the location. The condo is perfectly located about in the middle of Ocean City. It is close to a market, convenience store, restaurants, shops, etc. It is a block and a half from the beach making it a short walk. Right behind the condo is Sunset Island which is a great place to take a walk and watch the sunset. We took advantage of a Jet Ski shop 2 blocks away. Basically, it was perfectly located for us. The Condo is perfect. Everything was in perfect order and up to date. The bedrooms were a good size. Each had a ceiling fan. Two of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Perfect for us as we shared our time with my wife's sisters family. The 2nd floor, which is the living area was perfect. Table held 12. Kitchen was great with a island with 3 seats. Nice little balcony for 4 people. Parking for 3 cars. Also parking on the street. Vinh was great. She answered all my questions. Offered the extra kayak and beach package which we accepted. Worth every penny. We also rented the linens. All in all it was a great trip made even better by the location, accommodations and the owner.
