Ideal location just off Wilton Drive

The house was in a great location, right off Wilton Drive. Lot's of restaurants and bars, all just a few blocks away. The Halloween Party is right nearby too!

Hi Derek,I just wanted to send a quick thank you for allowing me to use your beautiful home in Ft. Lauderdale last week and weekend. The location was absolutely amazing - so central to the Drive and incredibly convenient to the Lauderdale Tennis Club. It truly made the trip that much more enjoyable.I also really appreciated you keeping me in the loop on all updates prior to and during my stay. Pleasant home

Lovely home and yard, very comfortable and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. LOVE the porch it is awesome but watch out for the mosquitoes, they bite A LOT.

Fabulous bungalow!

Property was everything it said it would be and more. Had everything you would need including chairs, umbrella and a cooler for the beach. Just perfect!

The Perfect Gateway Spot in Wilton Drive

I had an amazing stay at the Bungalow in Wilton Manors. It was super clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed. LOVE THE FRONT PORCH AND HAMMOCKS. The location was perfect, with all that Wilton Drives have to offered all within walking distance. Derek was super communicative and attentive. Highly recommended!

Great place!

Great experience. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for exploring the neighborhood and city! Great house for cooking meals at home or for relaxing before heading out to dinner at any one of the great neighborhood restaurants!

Superb property in the heart of Wilton Manors

Quaint and cozy bungalow! The inside is decorated beautifully and has all the amenities you will need for a great stay. Comfy beds, clean house, and great location. We walked everywhere during our stay. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I grew up by the beach in Fort Lauderdale with a large family (1 of 4 boys) and attended Amherst College, The University of Miami, and The University of Florida. My passions are my family first, and fishing and diving second. I have real estate brokerage and property management company on Wilton Drive.

This property is truly special with regards to the combination of ambiance and location it provides. Despite its proximity to Wilton Drive, you enter through the front gate and enter a large inviting front yard and will find a very private and peaceful property. One of the more special features this property provides is the front porch/deck that has a large sectional couch, 6 seater high top table, 2 large cushion chairs, and 2 swinging hammocks. It is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The inside is well decorated and we make our absolute best efforts to provide everything a guest may need on their travels, from extra towels to paper towels, coffee and creamer, laundry detergent, lint rollers, umbrella, cooler, and more. The property is literally steps from a dozen restaurants, shops, and several parks. We are approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, 10 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to FLL.
