Our fresh new vacation rental has been updated with tons of fun amenities. We are right on the water with ocean access and a 34-foot dock to park your boat. We also have 2 kayaks for your use. Enjoy a private heated pool, gas grill, and lots of outdoor seating. We have game stations with foosball and a large poker table. Our home has all brand new interior furnishings. We are less than 2 miles from the famous Lauderdale by the Sea Beach, which features a beautiful fishing pier, restaurants, and live music

The waterway at the property is accessible from the ocean, however, boats must clear several low, fixed bridges. Check clearances, depth, and tides before bringing your own boat. Small powerboats may be able to access the dock. However, the owner makes no warranties or representations regarding clearances and maximum draft. At low tide, the depth can be as low as 2 ft. Dock at your own risk

Guests will have access to the private pool, boat dock, 2 kayaks, private laundry room, and backyard. You must sign a liability waiver to use the kayaks.

We are located in the exclusive neighborhood of Lake Estates, Ft. Lauderdale. This upscale waterfront neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Walk to some of the best restaurants in the city.

A car is recommended, but we are a block away from many restaurants and less than 2 miles to the beach.

Outdoor surveillance security cameras are on the property.
*Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We reserve the right to be on the property for necessary maintenance/repairs.
The pool is only heated in the winter months. We need 48 hours notice to heat the pool and the fee is $45.00 per day and must be for the entire duration of the stay.

We provide a starter kit of supplies for your convenience.

NO unauthorized guests or visitors. Only people on the reservation are allowed on the property.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Do not throw cigarette butts in the yard. $1,000 fine for smoking in the house.
The Pool/Spa Heater requires a fee of $45 per day for every day of the reservation. 48 hours notice from the guest is needed to heat the pool.

Amazing!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, cozy home! It was super spacious, very clean, and in a great location. We made such great memories during our 4 days here and honestly had zero complaints. If we’re ever back in the Fort Lauderdale area, I’ll definitely try to book this place again!

Beautiful home and perfect location

Perfect!

I have only positive things to say about our stay. The home is very clean, well taken care of, bright and beautiful. The pictures are accurate, so you’ll get what you see. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing family getaway

The property is very spacious and in a great location, nearby to beaches, great food and shops. The pool is very nice and we took the kayaks out through all the canals to look at the houses, etc. The house is large and tons of space to hang out, eat and play games. We will be coming back to stay soon.

Very relaxing!

We stayed here for a week in June. The property was clean and comfortable. My 6 and 8 year old boys loved all the pool toys and water guns the house had. I loved sitting by the water on the dock in the morning with my coffee. The pool is amazing with the lush plants surrounding it. Such a great house for families. A great spot, not far from the beach!!! See you next year!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this property - it was exactly how it was described and spotless! Exceptional in every way! Absolutely beautiful home - no complaints

This home looks exactly like the pictures. We had so much fun that we didn't want to leave and very very clean! It has everything you need and I mean everything! The view and the pool was amazing. And the landscaping is beautiful! Let me just brag about Nicholette!! She was very quick with responses and professional! I wish I could have met her in person! This home is located near all kind of stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. We were VERY pleased with our stay. Felt right at home. Thank you Nicholette for everything!!!

Wonderful, just need more dish cloths and dish towels, the bedroom door by the kitchen doesn’t close
