Memories are made of this! Enjoy the white-sand beaches and on-site amenities at this bright and colorful second-floor condo in Orange Beach. Decorated in coastal themes and featuring updates throughout, this vacation rental has everything you need from a full and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating to the dining area with additional seating for four. There are three televisions, cable TV, streaming capabilities, a private washer and dryer, as well as a furnished balcony! You'll enjoy sunning and swimming or just plain relaxing at the four shared pools, including a kiddie pool. Plus, there's easy beach access to the Gulf of Mexico and an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand before you head back to the property. For exercise enthusiasts, there's a fitness center and tennis court too! The Gulf-front Sugar Beach Condominiums are conveniently located in the midst of Orange Beach's shops, restaurants, and recreational outlets. The possibilities for vacation fun are endless!

Check in easy, but surprised by 35 parking fee. Could not connect to wi-fi. Unit nice and clean but no instructions as to what we should do upon leaving. Kitchen well-supplied and baths/bedrooms/ living areas very clean and comfy. Would rate 5 if wi-if had been usable.

loved it!

The house was so clean and stocked with everything you would ever need to cook with, aswell as washer and dryer which was amazing! there was plenty of puzzles in the room for when it’s rainy, sadly no board games or deck of cards tho. the snack shack in the parkaide had delicious food and alc drinks. Only 1 of 2 elevators were working and had no fan so it was suffocatingly hot at times. The 2 pools and kiddie pool were awesome, clean and usually not busy late at night which was awesome for some alone time swimming. Access to the beach was easy and puts you somewhere very nice and enjoyable. Stay was definitely a 9.5/10 and would stay there again!:)

Very small & clean, but nice

Sugar Beach 213 is very small but nice and clean. If all you're looking for is somewhere to land that is on the beach (and not across the street) then this is the place. The master bathroom only has a stand up shower and is small, and has a vanity area. The guest bathroom is nice but small. I've been at other Sugar Beach units before and this is generally my experience with all of them. Beware of the fire alarms: They started going off one morning at 7A and continued for over an hour. The fire department made 4 visits to the complex to resolve the issue. The same thing happened to us about 6 or 7 years ago only in the evening, which tells me that this is an ongoing issue with the entire complex.

Fantastic stay

This condo had it all, even a view of the water! We appreciated the comfortable beds, nice full sized washer and dryer, and the well-equipped kitchen. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Things to know

There is no closet in master bedroom. Must bring your own beach towels. Ice maker does not make much ice. You must have an Amazon PIN to watch living room tv. Beds are comfortable. Overall, it was nicer than a hotel.

Great get away place ( sleeps 6)

When we arrived in the condo, the first thing we saw was the ocean.( side ocean view from the balcony).The view was wonderful. The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. One of the beds did have beach sand on it but it was no big deal. We just shook the sheets a few times. The service from the owner is just great! ( call center).Go see it for yourself, you won't regret it !

Wonderful relaxing time

First, I have to say I love coming to the gulf for rest and relaxation. It’s the perfect place. Sugar Beach, 213 has plenty of room. Great appliances for my taste. And I love the full-size washer and dryer even though I only use it once. It’s just right.

Birthday Weekend

This was a great relaxing birthday weekend. Location was perfect to the beach, grocery store and restuarants. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The only hiccup was the rude person at the check- in gate on Friday pm on June 9, 2023.

Clean older condo that has been updated. Beds were comfortable. Great access to the beach! The condo has an odor like it was owned by a smoker in the past. It had secure internet but appeared to be for the building instead of private for the condo. Parking was VERY stressful.

Decent area, nice enough space but many details would change for the price. Singular shower was too small to even use, poor communication with maintenance being in unit when we came in (Noah was WONDERFUL though and helped fix a couple things we found upon arrival). Shower curtain was moldy, missing towel bar on the wall, broken closet door… cleaning service didn’t do a great job but overall we had a nice stay here. Pools and beach access were great!
