Enjoy rest and relaxation in our charming beach condo!
New pool and boardwalk completed in January 2024!
Perdido Dunes was fully renovated following hurricane Sally with new paint, new furniture, etc!
This condo is a BRAND NEW 2022 RENOVATION!
Designated parking space in front of steps [parking pass is in the unit.]
Two bedroom, two bath, spacious condo. This condo is perfect for couples, families, or girls get away.
Washer/Laundry on site.
Located near the Gulf restaurant, The Florabama, etc!

Other things to note
Construction of our new pool and boardwalk was just completed (see pictures)! Other public beach access is a close 4 min. drive east to Gulf State Park - Alabama Point East (they also have public restrooms and a parking pass is required). Another nearby public beach is Cotton Bayou, just a few minutes East of our condo.

This location was perfect for our vacation. Just a short walk to beach and pool. The house was nice and clean and offered all the amenities we needed. Food locations are near and convenient to get to.

Good: Owner is very responsive. Good proximity to beach. Easy to get around town. Condo has all things you’d need for cooking, etc.Not great: Front toilet started leaking, so didn’t have use of it during trip. Master bathroom door can’t be locked. Condo is at end of building by highway, so you hear a lot of traffic noise.Overall my kids enjoyed the vacation and staying near the beach. Good for families staying by Orange Beach for a few days.

The Anderson

Our party (2 adults, a 7-year-old and a 6-year-old) thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Anderson.The floor layout is fantastic and the kids enjoyed having the bunk beds.Despite being a second-floor unit next to the main drag in Orange Beach, traffic noise was never a problem.It was a quick 10-minute or so walk down to the beach behind the complex.Ben was an excellent host and quickly responded to questions and provided updates we need to know about, such as pool maintenance.

Clean and convenient

This property is well-maintained and clean in an older building. The master is very comfortable the guest bedroom.bed needs a softer mattress , kids would not notice.. The host was easy to work with and communicates well. It was nice to have extra beach chairs and beach accessories available. The location is good and it’s not very far to the beach. The pool is new. We did not try it out.

Lovely stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for our long weekend getaway. Though the condo was a tad older, it was nicely remodeled, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It was further well equipped with everything we needed (kitchen utensils, beach accessories, cleaning supplies, etc). The space was light and airy and the unit was a short walk to the beach. Also of high importance, the host was easily accessible and quickly responsive. Check in/out process was easy and clear instructions were given on location. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our Stay

Although there were a few hiccups upon arrival, Benedikt was quick to resolve the issue and the remainder of our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is an older 2-story with outside stair access. At this current time, there is no beach access as they are constructing a new condo at the end of this property. You can still enjoy the beach area via public access spots. I would definitely stay here again if in the Orange Beach area.

Great location

The location was great, communication was easy with the property owner, and overall it was clean and did the job. It was stocked with beach toys and chairs and plenty of towels which was nice. The only negative was the main toilet. It’s uneven and scares you to death the first time you sit on it. The whole thing topples forward and you have to catch yourself. Other than that, the renovations looked new(er) and it had a beachy vibe. We would stay again if in the area.

Short and sweet! Great location!

Had the best quick trip for a wedding! Only stayed two nights, so we did not attempt to go to the beach so I can provide info on the ease of access to the beach! We were able to walk to The Gulf (about a 10 minute walk!)Everything was renovated nicely and we had everything we needed. Place was clean, comfortable and location was PRIME! will certainly be returning!
