Le Mas du Soleil in Les Issambres / Golf de Saint Tropez.

In a Mas Provencal, independent 3-room apartment facing south, classified as 4 stars by the Tourism Office, air-conditioned, large swimming pool in landscaped garden, unobstructed view of the hills and glimpse of the sea.
Benefiting from a privileged and very quiet location, 5 minutes by car from the beaches, restaurants, shops and port of Les Issambres, and 15 minutes from the port of Sainte Maxime.
This 70m² 3-room apartment includes 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, living room-kitchen opening onto the covered patio and the private terrace.

A parking space and a type 2 car charging station are available.

Very well equipped and comfortable for 4 people. The spacious bedrooms and the living room have reversible air conditioning.
- Bedroom 1: a large 160x200 bed (2 x 80x200 electrically adjustable, independent)
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds of 90x190 that can be assembled into a King size 180x190 on request.
- The living room includes an open kitchen, a large dining table, lounge with a large smart TV and digital bouquet as well as a Google Nest mini smart speaker. The fireplace is decorative, not functional.

The kitchen is very well equipped: American fridge (freezer, water dispenser, ice maker), dishwasher, double compartment oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, Nespresso capsule espresso machine/l'Or du café, toaster, kettle etc.

The bathroom includes: walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, washer-dryer.

Wi-Fi (very fast fiber), is available free of charge throughout the property including the swimming pool and almost the entire property.

A parking space. and type 2 car charger are available on site (energy not included in the rental).

The house has an apartment upstairs occupied by the owners.

The swimming pool with salted water (does not sting the eyes) is shared with the owners. Exclusivity periods can be set. The pool house (not inhabited) is not included in the rental.

Household linen is provided on request.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for July and August. Please contact us for other periods.

The property is equipped with outdoor cameras: One is located on the facade, facing the access and the parking space. Another is located on the facade of the pool house and is deactivated on request. Others are installed in the spaces reserved for the owners on the back and the west facade.

Wonderful week's stay...

Le Mas du Soleil is a little piece of heaven. This is a fantastic location with a comfortable updated living space, fully-equipped kitchen, and lots of bedroom space. The Master bedroom even has an adjustable bed for lounging at night. The outdoor space is comfortable and has breath-taking views. We enjoyed the lovely pool and surrounding seating area. The nearby towns and beaches are a pleasure to visit. Yves and Françoise were exceptional hosts. They were very accommodating and helped us with every need while also giving us much privacy. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at Le Mas du Soleil, with Françoise and Yves, was in every respect a very positive experience.The big property and beautiful garden, situated against a hillside, are very well maintained, the equipment in the house is very complete.Beautiful environment with lots to do and visit.Les Issambres, the little seaside town closeby is also nice to hang out, with several (beach) restaurants and bars, some shops, grocery stores, supermarket, harbour, weekly market …Françoise and Yves are very nice people, very discrete but available, and always up for a pleasant chat.Large and also well maintained swimming pool with a very nice view (even a glimpse of the sea).Also ideal with a dog, which has the whole, completely enclosed, domain to discover and wander around. He was even welcome in the house of the owners. Thanks so much for a very nice stay, if we consider the surroundings of Sainte-Maxime again, we will certainly be back!

Prachtig huis in een rustige omgeving en vlakbij de kust. Het huis is perfect in orde, mooi zwembad. Vriendelijke eigenaars die je je rust gunnen ook al wonen ze boven.

Wir haben 10 Nächte in der Unterkunft "Mas du Soleil in Les Issambres" verbracht. Von der Ankunft bis hin zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Selbst unser Hund wurde herzlich begrüßt. Er konnte sich frei in der Unterkunft sowie im Garten bewegen. Yves and Françoise sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Privatsphäre, Pool sowie die gesamte Außenanlage der Unterkunft mit tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit eine E-Ladesäule (kostenpflichtig) zu nutzen. Abschließend können wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. VIELEN DANK für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt :)

Tolle Ferienwohnung zum rundum wohlfühlen - gute Betten, reichlich Platz, alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht, top eingerichtet Küche, geschmackvolle und wertige Ausstattung, schöner Garten und Poolbereich. Francoise und Yves sind sehr fürsorgliche und gleichzeitig dezente und liebenswerte Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder!

Der Aufenthalt in der Mas du Soleil war exzellent! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft - alles war sauber und perfekt für für unseren Urlaub vorbereitet. Die Betreuung durch Yves und Francoise war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und somit ebenfalls perfekt. Das Haus sowie die Gastgeber konnten den sehr positiven Eindruck aus dem Online-Auftritt mehr als bestätigen. Die Wohnung und der Pool haben uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht. Vielen Dank dafür!

Logement fabuleux! nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille au Mas du Soleil : la location est top, très bien équipée, l'endroit est très calme tout en étant proche de la mer et la piscine est super (et adapté aux enfants).Un grand merci à Yves et Françoise pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. C'est un réel plaisir de les avoir rencontré. Et nous espérons à l'année prochaine :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Françoise et Yves.Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement dès notre arrivée, des hôtes serviables et discrets.La localisation est excellente,ds un cadre calme et agréable.L’hébergement est spacieux,avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et des chambres accueillantes avec des lits confortables.La terrasse,la vue,la piscine font de cette endroit un vrai coin de Paradis.Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Un séjour parfait aux Issambres !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et avons été accueillis chaleureusement dès notre arrivée.La localisation est excellente, dans un cadre agréable, au calme, proche de la mer, des commerces et facile d’accès. L’hébergement est spacieux, très bien décoré, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et des chambres accueillantes avec des lits confortables.Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et nous reviendrons assurément.
