Windward Point is truly one of the islands most wonderful locations. *Please note peak winter months, Jan-March are month min.*

All you need is your toothbrush for this spacious 1 bedroom (with a luxury memory foam queen pullout sofa) & 2 full bath condo, making this a relaxed + effortless getaway! Just a short stroll to our famous white sandy beach or Santini Plaza holding restaurants & shops. Laze the day away at the waterfront pool/jacuzzi while grilling a steak or fish right from our seawall, you will never be bored!

Island trolley stops just a block away to get you access to all the excitement at the new Margaritaville Resort that offers public access to restaurants, bars, live music, spa & resort pool day passes or all the other happenings in Time Square!

With a less than 30 min drive to Naples or Sanibel Island, you are situated in ideal FMB territory- right near everything while enjoying the local vibe without being in high tourism chaos!

Don't have a vehicle? No problem! Other than the beach trolley located with stops all throughout the island, golf carts, bike/e-bike rentals and other fun ways to cruise around the island with ease are available for rent & delivery from local shops!

Zero smoking of any kind in the unit- including lanai. Damages will be incurred if smoking was evident.
Sliding glass door must remain closed at all times to ensure operatable A/C system. The A/C will break down if door is left open. Up to renter to fix.
Please keep beach chairs in bedroom closet or indoors- salt air causes rust and breakdown. We want you to enjoy them!

Beautiful view

Condo had every thing we needed for our two month stay. Kitchen was totally stocked with utensils, pot & pans & dishes. Sitting out in Lani for our morning coffee was a must every morning! Owner responded quickly with our questions. We were unaware that washer & dryer were not in condo & coin operated.

Nice condo. Beautiful bay view. Very relaxing screened-in balcony. Good appliances. Interior recently refreshed. Included beach items for use. Well maintained complex; nice people; nice heated pool and pool area; good location away from vehicle traffic (there was considerable boat traffic during the days with good weather). Safe, beautiful neighborhood. Usually quiet. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.
