Steps to Beach! Heated Pool!

The Blue Coconut at Captain's Bay North Two is located directly across the street from one of the widest and best parts of the beach away from the crowds. This updated, fully stocked, 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo is within walking distance of Santini Plaza, where you can find shopping, restaurants, a coffee shop, hardware store, and ice cream parlor. Santini Plaza is not fully open due to hurricane IAN, however, more tenants should be opening in 2026. There is also CVS and a 7-Eleven, all within walking distance. A Public grocery store is less than 2 miles away.

Relax after a long day at the beach on the cozy lanai. The beach retreat has all the community amenities including a heated pool, tennis court (not open due to restoration), covered parking and plenty of public beach access across the street (if you're facing the beach go left and public access is where the Wyndham used to be located - sign still there, but hotel has been torn down).

Spend the day at the beach, explore Lovers Key State Park a few miles away, watch the boats go by at the widest and southern most end of the beach right before crossing the Carlos Pass bridge or walk a few blocks to Santini Plaza to shop and grab a bite to eat. If the tourist scene is what you are looking for head to the North end of the island by car or trolley to eat, drink and shop - Yes, many places are open!

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Coconut. It was incredibly clean , spacious, quiet and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay convenient and comfortable. It was across the street from the beach too. We will definitely return.

Great stay!

The condo was spacious and clean. It was easy to check-in. The condo had all of the supplies we needed, including breach chairs, wagon, and cooler. Easy access to the beach across the street. We would definitely stay again!

Great Spring Break

We had a great week in this Fort Myers Beach condo which was wonderful for the three of us. The screened in balcony was a great place to relax or eat lunch. The beach is a short walk and the included beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. The heated pool was perfect for this time of year. Thanks for a great week of spring break.

Everything we needed!!

Beautifully restored unit, with all rooms well-appointed! Loved the screened lanai and covered parking. Soooo close to the beach for walks and gorgeous sunsets. A brand new Publix is super close for groceries, etc. Kudos to owners and managers for a splendid job post-hurricane!!

Amazing stay!!

Absolutely amazing stay! Everything went perfectly. It was clean, in a perfect location as it was close to several public beach accesses, the host had it stocked with almost all necessities (had all the beach necessities as well), and the they responded almost immediately. The tv in the bedroom had malfunctioned and the host immediately responded with another tv on hand and had it put in. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’d like a clean, spacious, and carefree stay.

Very nice stay

Every thing was great except the VRBO listing led us to believe that there were restaurants within walking distance, but there was nothing within 4 miles that we could walk to. All the restaurants near the condo were closed due to the hurricane in 2022 and were waiting repairs/reopening. The condo was very clean, just had to cross the street to get to the beach which was awesome! Would definately come back once there are restaurants within walking distance that are open.

Overall great! Check in was smooth and the unit was clean. Much of it had been recently updated with new appliances etc. Quick response from owner on the only minor issue. Pool was great and very warm along with easy access to the beach. This area of the island is slowly coming back to life. 7-11

Absolutely Wonderful!

This is a great location. I did not have a car nor did I need one. There are wonderful restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The unit was clean and well stocked. I would rent it again.

Much needed vacation

The condo is located in a perfect area. 2 min walk to the beach an multiple restaurants all within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back next year!
