Overall, the property was nice. However, the pictures and descriptions do not accurately portray the cabin. First, beware that the pictures and listings show three fireplaces. Yes, they exist, but for aesthetic purposes only. They removed the heating elements which I did not know until I arrived (it was explained in the rules once we paid, but I did not see right away. This should have been explained in the description). The pictures they provide are from a wide angle camera, making the space look MUCH larger than what it is. The furniture is also different, which is okay, but what’s in there now takes up more room than what’s seen in the pictures. Their is a pull-out couch which had a plastic wrapping on the mattress but under it was chocolate and popcorn kernels. We did find an extra sheet but not any extra blankets. During the night, the heat broke, and it happened on the night we got about three inches of snow. So, it would have been really nice to have working fireplaces. I called about 6:30 that morning and they had it fixed by 11:00, so we did appreciate their quick response. Overall, it was a nice cabin, but had the pictures been more accurate as well as the description, I probably wouldn’t have picked this one for the price I paid. I was really looking forward to a peaceful, relaxing view and warmth of a fireplace. That’s why we came to the mountains.
