Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited
Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2 - ONE IN DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT #5 BY UNIT AND ONE IN THE DESIGNATED GARAGE SPOT #5
Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
Get your fill of lake views and beachfront bliss amongst the beauty of Zephyr Cove! With a deck and balcony, you will have plenty of room to sip a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in bliss as boats pass by on emerald blue waters. When you aren't taking advantage of the lake access, close proximity to town, or skiing on fresh powder, chilling out inside will be a treat for the whole family. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining, as the full kitchen, living area, dining room, and access to the balcony are all ready to allow everyone to mingle as a home-cooked meal is prepared.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
