The apartment (level 1 access without stairs) of 47m² has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a sofa bed (140 mattress) thus accommodating up to 4 people.

It consists of an open kitchen fitted and equipped with induction hobs, an oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. A living room with TV and wifi access leads to the 5m² balcony with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with independent toilet completes the rental. A hairdryer, table and iron and a washing machine are also at your disposal.

You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.
