Quiet seaside house between Dieppe and Veules les Roses, with access to the beach 10 minutes walk, many hiking trails, small market on Saturday mornings 100 meters from the house, sale of fresh fish and oysters on the seaside, restaurants nearby.<br>The house is independent and comprises: entrance, fitted kitchen, living room with office area, two bedrooms (1 bed 160*200; 2 beds 90*200 that can be pushed together), bathroom with shower, toilet, laundry room (washing machine and dryer).<br>All the rooms have been redone, the furniture is new, and the house is very well equipped (wifi, TV, oven, microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer...).<br>Terrace accessible from the living room with a beautiful sea view and large garden. Parking space inside the property with charging socket for electric vehicle.<br>Sheets and towels are provided (except beach towels).<br>An electricity package of 10 kWh per day is included, corresponding to standard use (excluding heating and vehicle charging).<br>Sandrine will contact you a few days before your stay to organize your arrival (information, arrival time, reception, etc.),

Wonderful house in a wonderful location and certainly a lovely view to the sea and amazing sunsets. The house was very clean throughout and is well equipped - the garage was useful to store our bikes. Sandrine was very welcoming; despite us being late due to delays at the tunnel. She explained everything in the house and pointed us towards some local restaurants and beaches. We had a brilliant holiday and would certainly choose the house and host again.

Zicht op de zee en (in september) op ondergaande zon. Via een klein wegje naast het huis van de buren loop je direct naar de kliffen en naar het strand. Je bent ook direct op de GR21. Leuke strandbar - eettent in Saint-Marguerite-sur Maire (Les Voiles). Andere goede restaurants in de buurt: Amici, L'Ailly.

Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung in den diversen Portalen. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.Zur Verfügung gestelltes Informationsmaterial ist vorbildlich, ausführlich und in verschiedenen Sprachen. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in der Normandie.Das Haus war für unsere Befürfnisse perfekt.Die Aufteilung der Räume, das vorgefundene Interieur war alles perfekt. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.Danke auch an Sandrine für die professionelle Betreuung. Sylvia und Rüdiger

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem drin was gebraucht wird. Tolle Umgebung, schöner Meerblick, toller Strand. Guter Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen. Sehr nette Besitzer bzw Agenturmitarbeiterinnen, die gerne alle Fragen beantworten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist nur die Hellhörigkeit im Haus durch die dünnen Wände. Aber sonst ist alles prima gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.
