We had three generations traveling together and our daughters dogs. Home was so cute. Decorated for Christmas was a plus. Single level was important for our older travelers. Home was clean. It had everything we needed.

This was a great little house with everything you could ask for! Loved having the fenced yard for my dogs and feeling like they were just as welcomed as we were! Tammy greeted us shortly after arriving and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Everything was wonderful as always with Tammy’s homes. Check in was simple. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We love the location due to the proximity to McCallie. It’s a transitioning neighborhood that may not be right for everyone, but it’s really just fine. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend staying here! Property was so welcoming with seasonal decorations. Front porch was perfect spot for morning coffee, back patio was awesome for BBQ dinner and fire pit at night, house was clean, well-stocked with essentials. Great for a few meals in and great recommendations for meals out. Tammy takes amazing care of her property.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Owner

We enjoyed our girls’ trip to this adorable home. It was clean, nicely appointed, and stocked with everything we needed. Added bonus, Miss Tammy was delightful! She has renovated nearly the entire block of cute homes and was responsive and helpful. If you get the chance, be sure to visit with her and get her recommendations for food and activities. We will stay at one of her properties again when we return to the area.

She had everything we needed plus some for our large family. The home was beautiful and cozy. We rented two homes to accommodate our 12 out of state/town family members. We had plenty of room to eat and get ready for the big event..

I have lived in the neighborhood since 1978. I rented in the old house where the current one is and walked to work. Even in the snow! I own the majority of the street with long and short term rentals. I do live across the street where the yard games and gardens are located.

I had this specifically build for you! There are 2 other short term rentals on the block, Gray Gables and Kathy's Kottage, for big family events.

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
