Villa layout: the villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (the 1st bedroom has a 160 cm bed and the second has a 140 cm bed), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, living room with a sofa bed for one person, equipped kitchen, terrace, indoor parking (up to 2 vehicles), garden and private swimming pool.



Air conditioning: yes, in each room.



Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner set.



Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Canalsat channels), Internet via Wi-Fi.



Various equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, window mosquito nets, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), plancha.



Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, water reservoir of 1100 litres in case of power cuts.



Swimming pool: yes, swimming pool of approximately 3mx6m (maximum depth of 1.5m) with safety alarm for children under 5 years old. Presence of an outdoor shower.



Garden/terrace: the villa is located on a tree-lined plot of approximately 800 m² fully enclosed. Vast covered terrace with complete outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation moments.



Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.



Associated services: upon your arrival, a ti-punch and the basic elements of the first breakfast will be waiting for you.



To note:

-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.

-This villa has a mezzanine that is not made available to clients as its access is via a very steep entrance. Tenants are not authorised to access it.

-A cleaning package (debited) of 140 euros will be payable upon arrival at the villa.

-A tourist tax of 5% of the stay amount (capped at 4€ / night / adult) is to be paid upon booking, except for bookings made via Airbnb which include it in the overall rate.

-A security deposit of 1000 euros (not debited) is required upon entry to the villa and will be returned at the end of the stay following an inventory.
