The Space
The lower level boasts a spacious kitchen with ample counter space and an oversized island, ideal for meal prep. A large pantry is conveniently located for your grocery needs, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid stand mixer. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island, plus a high chair for little ones. Large windows in the dining area provide gorgeous sunset views.
One bedroom is located on this level, featuring a King-sized bed, full private bath, and Gulf views. In addition to the main living room, there’s a cozy seating area with a sectional/chaise sofa and a wine/coffee bar—perfect for enjoying your morning brew or an evening cocktail. A laundry room with a large-capacity washer and dryer, along with a powder bath, completes the first floor.
Step outside to the lower deck, which includes a dining table for six, an Adirondack tete-a-tete, and a Polywood conversation set. The deck’s party lights create a magical atmosphere for outdoor dining or stargazing, and it features a gate for child safety.
The upper level hosts four more bedrooms. Two have King beds, private baths, and Gulf views. The remaining two bedrooms—a King and a bunk room with Twin over Twin and Full over Full bunks—share a hall bath. The bunk room includes a 43” smart TV. There’s also a cozy living space with another smart TV, perfect for kids.
The well-furnished upper deck features a sectional, another tete-a-tete set, bar seating for six, and two large rockers—ideal for sunset watching or afternoon naps.
Under the house, enjoy a picnic table, corn hole game, and a new (2025) Monument gas grill for outdoor fun.
Security & Policies
* For your security, a Ring doorbell is installed at the interior entry door (owner does not receive notifications).
* Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.
* Renters must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
* Pets are not permitted.
Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a charming seaside community with amenities like two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and lighted tennis/pickleball courts. The neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and perfect for walking or biking, with many opting for golf cart rentals to enjoy sunset drives. Located just 15 scenic miles from Gulf Shores, you’ll find all essentials nearby, including Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market, along with a variety of restaurants like Tacky Jack’s, Sassy Bass, Coast, and the new Jesse’s. Some venues even offer live entertainment.
