The studio is located in a house built in 1990, was renovated in 2015, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Balatonföldvár. The studio is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives occasionally in a separate building on the property. Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. An air conditioner is available optionally for 2000 Ft/night or 5 euros/night. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via cable.
