Located 2 hours north of Lyon, the Villa des Ruets is perfect for celebrating special occasions: birthdays, bachelor parties, or family gatherings. It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an extraordinary garden with a terrace, a barbecue*, a beautiful 8m x 4m pool, a sports court, and a karaoke room! It also features a dining room that seats 30 people and a game room with a pool table and poker table—where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers!

🔊Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re inside the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy a cocktail, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb the neighbors.
