The house was great and we loved that it was on the beach! The pool and upper pavilion were perfect and we used them everyday. We couldn’t get the grill to work the first night and reached out the next morning. They were very quick to send someone over to look at it and show us what to do. I never really received check in information so we were a little confused on what to do at the gate. I messaged the owner and she gave us a code to get in. She met us at the house to go over all the l locks and keys. No problems after that!! The new air conditioner in the living room was a nice bonus!!!

Our Favorite Retreat in Puerto Rico

This is our second year spending Christmas at Villa Reina, and it has been amazing once again. The villa’s proximity to the beach, breathtaking views, private pool, comfortable beds and the soothing sound of the ocean make it truly spectacular. If you’re seeking a secluded beach in a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path location in Puerto Rico, this is the perfect spot. Emma is an excellent host and always quick to respond.

Amazing stay right on the beach

Location location location! The house is right on the beach so you couldn't ask for a better spot. We were a group of two families with little children and had more than enough space for all of us. The pool and deck was amazing to hang out at. The house itself is a bit older but is well maintained. We had great communication with our host and Emma was able to help with any issue that we faced. Great hosts. Would highly recommend this vrbo.

Villa Reina

This is a perfect property if you are looking for a relaxing time in Puerto Rico. It has beach access, a pool and a great outside area to just relax. We made several trips to Ralph's market and spent our days just hanging out on the beach and pool. We made all of our meals on the wonderful outdoor kitchen space. Would highly recommend if that's the vacation you are looking for!

We are El Cocal Collection, a family owned and managed group of five homes inside the private community of El Cocal. Our family has been part of this community since the seventies, and hosting here feels like sharing a piece of our own history.

Each home carries memories and care that have passed through generations, and we take pride in offering that same warmth to every guest. We love helping visitors enjoy the calm, beauty, and charm of this special place on the south-east coast of Puerto Rico.

Welcome to El Cocal where our family has opened its doors for decades and looks forward to making your stay unforgettable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because El Cocal has always been a hidden treasure on the south-east coast of Puerto Rico. It is a quiet, private, and truly peaceful community where the sound of the waves becomes part of everyday life. Since the seventies, our family has enjoyed the calm mornings, the wide open shoreline, and the sense of safety and privacy that make this place feel like its own world.

What we love most is the balance of serenity and natural beauty. You can walk straight to the beach, watch the sunrise from your terrace, and enjoy the ocean without crowds. It is the kind of neighborhood where families unwind, kids can play freely, and every moment feels slower in the best way.

El Cocal is not just a place to stay it is a place to breathe, rest, and reconnect.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Villa Reina stands out because the ocean is literally your backyard. The villa sits right on the beachfront inside a quiet and private community, giving you a level of peace and direct access that is hard to find. You can step outside and walk straight onto the sand, enjoy the sound of the waves all day, and take in wide open ocean views from sunrise to sunset.

What also makes the property special is the combination of privacy and comfort. You get your own pool, a rooftop area designed for relaxing or entertaining, and spacious interiors that make the entire stay feel effortless. It is a place built for families, couples, and groups who want true beachfront living without the noise or crowds.

Villa Reina offers the kind of escape where every moment feels connected to the ocean. That is what makes it unique.
