THE HOUSE IN THE SUN

The house in the sun is between Montpellier and the sea.<br>It is a pretty contemporary villa of 120m² located in a recent residential area in Lattes. Ideal to enjoy a moment of relaxation with your family or friends who want calm and rest. It is on 2 levels with 2 terraces (front and back), swimming pool and garden.<br><br>The accommodation:<br><br>*On the first floor -<br>-A spacious and bright air-conditioned living room that opens directly onto the rear terrace not overlooked. It has a corner sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.<br><br>-A modern kitchen is open to the living room with direct access to the front terrace as well. It has everything you need to cook: microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and complete crockery.<br><br><br>- a bright air-conditioned bedroom (bed 160X200cm) with private bathroom.<br>- A separate toilet<br><br>*On the 1st floor -<br>- a second spacious air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140X200cm)<br>-a third air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140X200cm)<br>-a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140X200cm) and desk.<br>- a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink<br>-A separate toilet.<br><br>*Outdoors:<br><br>You can enjoy the 6X3m swimming pool with stairs and submerged alarm (it is not heated), a rear terrace sheltered by blinds, a front terrace shaded by a sail, garden furniture with a large dining table, armchairs and sunbeds.<br>An electric plancha will be at your disposal for good grills...<br><br>For your comfort are included: washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.<br>Bed linen and towels are provided. The beds are made for your arrival!<br>Of course, the WIFI is accessible, efficient and free.<br><br>Parking spaces in front of the house and its garage (up to 3 cars)<br>The house is non-smoking. We ask our guests to smoke outside. Pets are not allowed.<br>Quiet and family neighborhood; parties prohibited.<br><br><br>Close to all amenities and shops:<br><br>Tram 10 m walk to Montpellier.<br>Beaches: Palavas les Flots (10 min) or Carnon or La Grande Motte.<br>A few minutes from Fréjorgues airport, Montpellier Garosud train station, Carrefour, Auchan, Lidl shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants.<br>10 minutes by car the Odysseum shopping and leisure complex (cinema, ice rink, bowling alleys, pubs, aquarium, restaurants, shops)<br>Cycle path at the end of the street, which will take you to the beaches or discover the downtown of Montpellier.<br><br>Sophie welcomes you on arrival and remains available throughout your stay. She will also be present to organize your departure.
