Our stay was great. We were initially concerned about parking, since each of my kids were traveling separately. It was not a problem. We were able to park 2 cars, an SUV and a truck in the parking area. While the driveway had a steep grade, getting around was not difficult at all. The kitchen had everything we needed, and a bit more. The bears were very quiet and even seemed respectful. 10/10 would stay again.

Place was just as advertised and the host was in constant contact for any of our questions as we were checking in. It was a perfect size for our family and we were able to spread out when needed but also able to gather comfortably when we wanted to be together! Would definitely go back and loved staying in the heart of the mountains. Only regret is not having enough time to take advantage of all the amenities the location had to offer such as the pool at Honeysuckle. It was a nice pool and lake to go fishing!.

Hello Jason, we would like to clarify that you reached out after check in regarding the hot tub not working properly. We responded promptly but did not receive a response back from you till the next evening at which we sent a maintenance tech out immediately which turned the hot tub out of sleep mode. Unfortunately if you had responded sooner we would have been able to provide these instructions to you as well as we want all guests to have a truly 5 star stay which you will see from our other reviews.

Cabin was great. It is near the top of the mountain so definitely consider the grocery delivery service for the first day. It's a bit expensive but it's quite a trip up and down the mountain and you may want to avoid doing it on your arrival day.

Great location and beautiful space. Traveled for spring break with 3 other families (lots of kids) and we had plenty of space to hang out, eat, and sleep. Megan is a very responsive and gracious host. Heads up for future guest is to be aware of the noise rules. We got a warning within 2 hours of checking in so just be aware. After that we still hung out outside to grill and use the hot tub but just had to be more mindful of the noise. Again, this didn't ruin our stay I just want others to be mindful.

Ivan thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback from your stay. Regarding excessive noise this cabin is in a community with neighbors so we ask guests to keep respectable noise levels which you can read about in our listing as well. We want all guests, and neighbors, to be treated with the upmost respect and to have memorable 5 star stays. Best, Megan

This home was wonderful for the amount of people we had in it. There were some things on the listing that need updated, such as the bunk bed room no longer having any window coverings. The cleanliness of the property was subpar and the upstairs beds were uncomfortable/sunken in - compared to other properties my family and I have stayed at. There was an issue with the sump pump sewage smelling when we would sit on the back patio so we just avoided going out there. This home had a wonderful space in the basement for kiddos and adults to enjoy arcade games, television, and pool table. The basement bedrooms were in decent shape and family members who stayed down there said the mattresses weren’t too bad! The property sits on a steep hill and the driveway is steep, so heads up! It’s very doable. The access to the pool at the bottom of the mountain was great, the kids really enjoyed it. Overall, we enjoyed our time as a large extended family at this property.

Great cabin; great host; great weekend!

Everything about our stay was great! We had such an amazing time in the cabin. Megan (the host) provided very detailed check in/out and stay directions. We needed to reach out to her a few times during the stay and she was very quick, professional and so polite when responding. The cabin was perfect for our group!
