This gorgeous 1,800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom suite at The Inn at Newton Highlands is impeccably designed and decorated. It occupies the second and third floors of the building and immerses you in luxury and style. Its private 800 sq. ft. deck offers stunning views of the village. The space comes with a bonus room. This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique Inn located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful , fully remodeled historic building.

This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique Inn which is located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful, fully remodeled historic building. Careful attention has been paid to preserve the look and charm of the fin-de-siècle 19th-century building, using old archive photographs to replicate the exterior as it once stood. Inside, the building is pure 21st century, with modern rooms, advanced utility systems, and greatly enhanced structural features.
The remodeling has been completed in full compliance with Fire, Safety, and Building codes for hotel class buildings.
The suite has its own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing with other units.

Stas Gavronsky and his wife, Tatiana, are the owners and operators of The Inn at Newton Highlands. The original idea behind the Inn came from Stas's work in healthcare. He wanted to build a beautiful and comfortable place for patients and their families who come to Boston for medical treatments and typically require a longer stay. The Inn provided exactly what was needed: a combination of luxury, safety, and convenience of a hotel with a privacy and coziness of a private apartment. The place is great for business travelers, destination wedding guests, and tourists.

Staying at The Inn at Newton Highlands was a dream. The apartment is beautifully decorated, extrordinarily clean, and comfortable for a family. The location can not be beat - right in the heart of Newton Highlands near restaurants, shops, and the T for easy access to Boston. Stas was a gracious host and did everything he could to make our stay easy. We are already booking to stay there again in the winter!

Family reunion in Newton

Great experience! Stas met us when we arrived and filled us in on the surrounding area and the rental. The apartment was beautiful and exceptionally clean. There were shops, restaurants and coffee right outside your doorstep. I messaged Stas to ask if there was an extension cord somewhere and he replied immediately and had one outside my door in no time. Stas communicated quickly and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend!

Well appointed and decorated! Close to everything we needed. There were 6 of us and we never felt cramped. Lovely balconies to enjoy the sunshine! The kitchen has everything you need plus a small pod espresso machine with insulated glasses. Huge refrigerator and lovely glass stove. The dining table was great for playing cards and of course eating. Dual thermostats made it easy to control temperatures. Bakery, pub plus a nail salon across the way. Subway access a breeze to easily get to Fenway, downtown and the airport. Stas was super responsive. There are stairs if someone has any issues. Wish we could have visited longer! Photos accurate. Don’t think twice, book this place!

Perfect as Always!

We have now stayed in all 3 apartments in this great building over the past 4 years while visiting our son at Boston College. This unit was perfect with a larger family group with essentially 4 bedrooms. Always very clean and well stocked kitchen. Great location near restaurants and travel to BC or anywhere in Boston. We will miss our visits now that our son has graduated. Thank you Stas for your hospitality! We will definitely be back whenever we return to Boston!

Perfect Boston getaway

Fabulous location for easy access to public transportation, bars and restaurants. Stas met us there and showed us around when we arrived. Couldn't have had a nicer place for our family to watch our daughter in the Boston Marathon.

In short: perfect! From booking to checkout, there wasn't a single thing we would change. The host is incredibly responsive. Sophisticated and convenient base for travelers

Our host, Stas, could not have been more hospitable. He met us upon arrival and provided an orientation to the apartment and neighborhood. Early check in was available at no fee. We enjoyed a well appointed, clean and beautifully decorated base from which we enjoyed great restaurants, and lovely walks including to Crystal Lake. The green line station was a good option when going into the city and we also liked having a parking space for our car on the property. The corner Patisserie is fabulous and was a daily indulgence that put “the icing on the cake” for a perfect stay! Kay E. Oct. 2024

Excellent location and wonderful space for Boston visit

What a wonderful stay near Boston! Stas was very responsive and took the time to greet us upon arrival, leaving us with a lovely bottle of wine and a free parking space. This space is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, beautifully decorated and so spacious with everything you need-fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2.5 baths. Loved hanging out on the rooftop space! The location is outstanding! Not only is it a short drive from the city but literally steps away from the train station and across the street from every type of restaurant/shop you could want. We visited O’Haras pub for dinner, and the Walnut Market was very convenient for specialty items with a very helpful host. Cacao chocolates and the French Patisserie are out of this world!!!! Wish we were here longer to check out the others. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent apartment in great location

The apartment was very clean and spaciousness. Located right on the Main Street of Newton Highlands - less than a block to great restaurants and the T. Highly recommend! Stas was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our entire stay.

What a delight!

We were a family of 4 from Spain visiting Boston for a week, and we could not have been better located in a nicer apartment in a more friendly and convenient village. Everything you could want or need for a happy stay was at our fingertips--frequent and reliable public transportation into the city, a good grocery store a pleasant 15 minute walk away, restaurants and coffee shops in the village and a poular Irish pub across the street. The apartment was roomy, laid out and decorated beautifully, and everything worked! Well, except for the toaster, which was replaced within hours of us drawing it to the host's attention. And that host? The best. Welcoming, helpful but unobtrusive, and responsive as all get out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Stas!

The apartment surpassed our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and well-equipped for our stay. The space was roomy, private, and clean. Stas was very friendly, communicated everything we needed to know, and he gave some good recommendations so we could enjoy our first trip to the Boston area. Always feels like home

I’ve stayed in two of the four condos in the building. Always takes no time to settle in and feel like it’s a second home. Every amenity anyone could want along with an incredibly responsive and helpful host. My only problem is when the condos are already booked because it is really my favorite place in Newton to stay by a wide margin.
