Beautiful spacious place located 9 minutes from downtown Portland. The property is a restored 120 year old American foursquare. Loaded with charm and very cozy. Your VRBO is apartment1 on the first floor. It consists of Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Roku smart TV and complimentary coffee in kitchen. Towels and toiletries in bathroom along with clean linens for bedrooms. Quiet hours after 11pm. The bathroom is off the small bedroom and the couch is very comfy for one person to sleep. Weekends are two night minimum.

Great location. Easy check in. Great Neighborhood. Kitchen sparse, bring your own tin foil etc if you’re going to eat there. Could use a tea kettle.

This property truly lived up to the description. It was very clean, cozy, and spacious in a super cute neighborhood. We only had two adults, but could’ve easily fit a few other adults if necessary. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described, very peaceful neighborhood. Very clean and it had everything we needed. About a 10-15 minute drive to most places but we didn’t mind. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was a great option for our one night stay. It allow ups to catch up with family during a trying time as we were not in Maine for pleasure. The only downside is that the only bathroom for this suite is accessible via one of the bedrooms. That means that people staying in one room need to potentially wake another person if needing the bathroom in the middle of the night. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant, the location was great and our host was very responsive with communication.

Clean place, a bit small, Beds and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Foyer and entry and little odd with stuff everywhere. The lone bathroom connected to the spare bed wasn't ideal but was fine. Nice kitchen.

Very nice older home, quiet neighborhood. Place was very clean however furniture was dusty. If you’re not allergic to dust you would never notice.

Quiet & Spacious Stay

This property was great for our overnight stay in Portland! The location is peaceful and the space was clean and spacious. It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes from Old Port and plenty to do in the Portland area. The host was proactive and responsive to any issues or questions with the property. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Portland!

Enjoyed renovated kitchen. Had two bedrooms. One with twin, one with queen. Bath was off the twin bedroom. Sofa in living room needs replacing. Not comfortable. Apartment is in house shared with someone living above. We never heard them. The two apartments shared entrance. Good location. Good mattresses.

Quiet separate space in someone’s home. The layout is odd with the bathroom only accessible through a bedroom. The place was clean but very dusty. Neighborhood was safe, but not walkable. Would recommend!

Nice quiet neighborhood for relaxing stay

Very neat and clean, comfortable and safe, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown, very close to Hannafords grocery and local breweries. Would recommend...and will use againagain

Served our needs for an overnight near Deering well. The apartment was very clean, well priced, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The remodeled kitchen is the highlight - beautiful, sunny space to sip your morning coffee. We did not cook so can't comment on how well stocked it is for that. Mattresses could be more comfy but that's a personal preference. Would stay again.
