Situated less than a mile from The Overlook Barn, offering convenient access for guests. Perfect for the whole family, this well-appointed retreat puts you conveniently close to a sledding hill, shops, restaurants, ski slopes, hiking trails, and so much more. After a day of adventures in the Blue Ridge Mountains, return home to warm up by the cozy gas fireplace, or step out onto your furnished deck - the perfect spot to sip an evening glass of wine as you look out over the treetops and take in the views of Sugar, Grandfather, Grandmother, and several other mountain profiles. Craft incredible meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, play a few provided games, or channel surf on one of three large TVs. And younger guests will delight in this home's sweetest secret: Camp Vista Beech! This one-of-a-kind campground-themed loft offers hybrid twin mattresses in real tents where the little ones can gaze up at twinkling fairy light stars and roast 'S'mores' over the faux campfire. Simply put, Vista Beech Retreat is a special and unique vacation rental where you'll share unforgettable moments, create life-long memories, and rest assured, knowing your vacation or event will be one that you will cherish and long to return to.

View is amazing! Property manager was very generous and easy to work with! Was windy at times but that comes with the tops of mountains. Would definitely stay again. Top floor was a plus too.

Wonderful home!

We’ve been going to Beech every summer for over thirty years and have stayed in many different places. This home had one of our favorite locations in the mountain(close to everything and at the top)and beautiful views. We loved the kitchen and living area layout. It was very open and spacious and used the deck a great deal as an added space for people to go and have quiet time away from the rest of the family.

Quick snowboard trip

Awesome location and views off the back deck. Deer in the yard everyday and super convenient to the mountain. Very well equipped kitchen. Definitely stay again.

Very cozy!

There is a little camp site in the master bedroom. And if you're a construction worker like my father is, the construction of the home is really nice. Just a lot of things to admire. The location also gives a gorgeous view from the top of the mountain. You're literally in the clouds!

Condo great, management company terrible

Let me start by saying this condo is lovely and has an amazing view. The issue for us is with the management company. We notified Vacasa that we would have 9 people. They left us with 3 towels, 2 wash cloths 2 hand towels and less than half the pillows did not have pillow cases. No big deal, we could manage for the first day and simply sent a message to Vacasa to let them know. They were polite and apologized for the inconvenience and promised to have the local management team reach out. They never did. So I sent a 2nd message and still never heard back. We dried with washcloths and ended up buying our own towels/pillowcases. Our 2nd issue arose after leaving. My son left his AirPods. We have a gps tracker on them and it showed they were still at the condo. We notified the management again and agreed to pay a $25 finding fee. We were promised to be notified when cleaning showed up and we never heard back again and now I am watching our AirPods drive around town. I called and asked if they could please assist, but I’m sure we will not hear back. Also, I was informed that the local management company claimed to drop off our linens. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Again, condo is wonderful! If there’s a private owner to this place, please switch companies. The main Vacasa company has been great, it’s just their local company that’s horrible!

Best condo & mountain views!!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! The condo was cozy, CLEAN, and easily accessible. The view is amazing! The kids absolutely loved the campsite in the loft! Families may want to bring two sets of twin sheets for the mattresses in the tents, if your kiddos plan to sleep in them. Otherwise, this condo is well furnished! We loved staying here and we'll definitely be returning! Thank you!!!

A nice place to stay

A great place to stay all on one level and no stairs which was great because my Dad uses a walker and needed one level. The views from the porch are amazing and we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds in the mornings. Our kids loved the loft in the master bedroom. The only complaint is that the pull out couch in the living room was not comfortable and I wasn't able to sleep on it. We moved the mattress onto the floor. That mattress or sofa should be replaced. Other than this the condo was great and we would definitely stay again.

Very clean and convenient to ski lodge.

The unit was very clean and convenient to the slopes. The entire family enjoyed the view both sunset and sunrise.

Long Fall Weekend

We had a wonderful time at Beech Mountain and this condo was well appointed. It was comfy, well stocked, and very inviting with the decor. We would definitely rent this place again!
