A sophisticated décor compliments sparkling floor to ceiling windows and tiled floors. The open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining areas allow plenty of room for the entire group. Comfortable high end furnishings and stylish modern accents complete the designer look of this unit. A large private balcony is furnished with seating and offers a breathtaking view of the Emerald Coast. This distinctive luxury condo will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

The location is incredibly convenient, with close proximity to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park & Sports Complex and more. **A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).

We really enjoyed our stay—close to the beach and a very clean condo. They provided access codes in two different ways, by text message and email. Make sure you check both before you arrive. Most of the communication was through text, but the garage code was sent by email, which caused us to get stuck at the gate for a bit.

It was a nice place, could use a couple minor fixes, the handle for the toilet sticks, and the place wasn't cleaned that well before we got there and the elevatorand escalator didnt work. But it was a nice place great location. Staff was friendly. Booking was simple and thr price was very reasonable.

Fantastic stay. "Heated" pools are still freezing. Facilities are nice. Rooms was clean. Good communication when we had questions. Dryer element was going out so drying clothes was a struggle, but everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Stayed for 8 days. Had just gotten married. My wife and I were blown away from the location. Huge condo. Too big for 2 but loved the space. View was great. Plenty of cooking wear and utensils. Fold out couch and plenty of pillows. Only downside is having to park at the garage that is connected across the street. Will be going every year and staying at this location.

Overall, the room was nice. We had a few issues with both ceilings fans having broken pull chains. We also couldn't get a picture on the den TV but it was fixed the next day. We were disappointed that there wasn't any drawers or no closet space (due to owner having the closet full) to put your clothes. I was constantly digging thru my suitcase for clothes the entire trip. We did enjoy our stay in the room.

Very nice condo @ Emerald Beach Resort

The condo is very spacious, especially the kitchen. There was plenty of space for panty items, especially since we were there for 9 weeks. Condo fairly clean. Keep in mind their master bath is very deep tub (tough for shower people like us). Also no dresser for clothes. No hangers in small closet. That was a challenge. Overall, Emerald Beach Resort is fabulous! Great pools, fun Sky Bar with lots of entertainment every day. And the exercise gym was very spacious for my yoga practice. Really love this place!

Very filthy

The unit was clean but most of furnitures are old and flimsy and out of date , the king bed was so flimsy and noisy, most of dishes in kitchen are chipped and tray in kitchen was missing one handle, the bathroom curtains are even short and not even wide enough the tub and water spilled out the shower , in my opinion based of how many papers, I signed and reminded me for policy , didn't care about the quality of the unit. 😞😞😞

Lacking compared to the website

The room was clean but the maintenance on the unit was awful. Mold throughout, toilet wouldn't stop running, bathroom sink was leaking, bath tub would not drain, only 1 elevator was working the entire stay and the "bars" closed at 7pm! There was only a snack bar and a Starbucks onsite. It just wasn't the experience that we expected from reviewing the website. I didn't like not having someone physically at a Front Desk to go to when we had issues. We had to call a number, wait for a callback or text. On a positive note ... the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. That's the only praise I can muster for this experience.

Overall, great experience

Beautiful room. Clean. Beautiful view. Nice open space. Nice big master bedroom bathtub. My kids enjoyed the outside heated pool by the ocean and the huge hot tub. I went during spring break so to note, the master bedroom is right outside the elevator, but I only heard kids one night. I also wanted to be able to sign everything online like I always do when I rent rooms but the listing company made you come in to their office. First time I have ever had to do this. Usually I sign online and everything is good to go so this was a little bit different of an experience. Just to clarify I had to come in to sign the damage deposit waiver however to sign the actual rental agreement you have to print it off and sign and scan back, not just click buttons like you normally do when you rent a place. I advised the lady printing and scanning was inconvenient so she allowed me to paper sign when I signed the damage deposit waiver.

Things to improve

View was great and condo nice and clean, but there were issues. The king size bed was so hard, none of us could sleep on it. I ended up sleeping on the couch each night. Also, the king size bed was too high off the ground. I struggled to get up on to it, before I decided I couldn't sleep on it anyway. My son and granddaughter also tried to sleep there, but couldn't. Parking in the parking structure, so far away from the room, and having to take three different elevators to get to the room was a nightmare. Luckily I brought my electric wheelchair because I never would have been able to walk that far. Making things even worse was the fact that half of the elevators weren't working, so waiting for one took a long time and when one finally showed up, it was often already full. We won't stay there again.

Just don’t stay here!

We stay at emerald (AND LOVE EVERY OTHER CONDO WE HAVE STAYED IN HERE) every year and this is the WORST condo we have ever rented here. It’s dirty, the comforter had stains all over it, there is mold on the ceilings, and water stains on the ceilings, the bed creeks every time you move while laying down and sounds like it’s going to break at any point, the shower curtains have mold on them. The bedside table lamp trays are so warped we couldn’t even set anything on them. I contacted the owners and sent pictures of the unit and their solution was to show up unannounced banging on the door (while our 2 year old was napping) with a new comforter and 2 shower curtains on the third day we were there. That’s not a solution to the $$$$ we paid to stay in a condo with moldy floors, brown water stained ceilings and moldy ceilings! She also told me I should have not “booked based on photos!”I’m sorry, but what else are you supposed to book based on? There was no disclosure in the listing stating the issues with this unit so other than the 2 reviews left, what else is there left to book on????!! Literally the worst experience and we will never rent from Book That Condo again.
