Best place on the lake to view the fireworks. Relax at the lake while the kids swim off the boat dock with your personal boat sitting ready to use in the slip or just enjoy the sunshine on the large sunning area. Enjoy the views of the lake off the large deck great for entertaining while you are grilling and chilling. You will have everything you need to enjoy a peaceful time on the lake from fully appointed kitchen to high-speed cable internet. Enjoy fishing from the floating dock, sit by the fire pit, or relax and watch the sunset.
Location, Location, Location! Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cullman off I 65 exit 305. Across the water from Smith Lake Park a boat ramp is easily accessible. Just down the road from Brothers restaurant. Less than one hour from Birmingham or Huntsville, or two hours from Nashville!
This is a 1700 sq ft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. There is another bedroom upstairs with 2 full size beds. The living room downstairs has windows across the back of the house that overlook the water as does 1 bedroom and dining area. There is an attached deck off the main level that overlooks the water and has an easy to access grill.
There are a lot of houses on Smith Lake without close ramp access and without cable internet. This property has both.
We also washer and dryer.
In the summer and winter you have deep water, you will have 1/2 mile of water view solid to the other shore. In the winter you still have 20+ feet of water off your dock.
Close to all the wedding venues in Cullman and on Smith Lake.

Beautiful boat Dock on Smith lake

The location and the views were perfect. The dock and the Lillypad was a ton of fun. Proximity to the Smith Lake Marina was excellent. We also rented a boat from the folks there. The bed sheets, linens and mattresses could be updated and the kitchen could be stocked better with essential cookware. All in all we had a good experience and great visit.

Lake Getaway

Everything went smooth from start to finish. It's a great location near the park if you are launching your boat. Brother's bar and restaurant is a stones throw away and by boat you have Trident Marina for food and beverages as well. The house is roomy and was very clean.

Perfect getaway!!

It was our first time at the lake and with a family of 6 and our dog. It was the best experience and we all fell in love with lake life! Great setup and spacious house. Will definitely be back!!

My Happy Place

Everything was perfect; the house was amazingly comfortable, the location on the lake so convenient and close proximity to I65, and stores to purchase anything forgotten. It was a really wonderful stay.

Great location on lake

The property was at the end of the driveway, so there were no cars passing by the house. (Which was great) the walk down to the boat dock was not too long. There was a sweet little back yard with a fire pit ..great for games . The property management was a perfect host!

Great Property

Convenient to Birmingham. Never stayed on that side of the lake but we loved it! Easy walk from the house to the dock. House was perfect for our needs and super cute! We would stay there again for sure.

Family retreat for Holy Week

We enjoyed staying at the lake for our family retreat, and it was an easy drive to the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament for Holy Week services. Such a precious time with our five kids, with plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably and prepare and enjoy meals together. It was great to have the large table in the kitchen where we could all gather! Thank you, Shannon!

Great house in Crane Hill

This house was very close to Cullman. It had a beautiful deck where we spent most of our time enjoying the lake view.
