The place is just as described and perfect for a get away. The stairs to the dock are very nice and easy to get to the lake. The fire pit next to the water and the huge windows were so nice.

House was beautiful and in a great location. We mainly swam off the dock the entire stay. We had front row seats to the 4th of July fireworks at Smith Lake Park. There are 2 boat ramps within a few minutes from the house if you bring a boat. Definitely 5 stars for this one.

My coaching staff had a phenomenal experience and we will definitely be back again next club season! HIGHLY recommend!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Shannon was an outstanding host with excellent communication before and throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free.One of the biggest bonuses was being able to rent the boat for the week. It added so much to our vacation and made enjoying the lake even more convenient and memorable.Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
