Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 67m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the other has two single beds (90x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Please note that you do not have access to the garden. Smoking on the property or in the garden is strictly forbidden.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 15th arrondissement benefit, first of all, from a wide range of cultural activities. For art lovers, let yourself be tempted by the Antoine Bourdelle Museum, housed in the sculptor's former workshops, and the Espace Frans Krajcberg Gallery, which is dedicated to the works that Frans Krajcberg donated to the city of Paris. But you can also retrace the advances of the famous scientist at the Pasteur Museum or discover postal history at the Musée de la Poste. As for shopping enthusiasts, head to Rue du Commerce or to the new Beaugrenelle shopping centre. For a moment of relaxation, take advantage of one of the many green spaces in the neighbourhood. At the top of the list is the ultra-modern Parc André Citroën, as well as the more intimate Parc Georges Brassens, with its river and many varieties of plants. The Suzanne Lenglen Park, where the Paris Heliport is located, is also worth a visit and will delight fans of aerial leisure activities and thrills. Let yourself also be tempted by the Aquaboulevard water park, which offers visitors 7,000 m² of change of scenery, relaxation and aquatic pleasures. Finally, to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris, don't hesitate to climb to the top of the Tour Montparnasse, where you will be amazed day and night. But you can also take advantage of the many viewpoints over the Eiffel Tower that the 15th arrondissement offers, especially the Bir-Hakeim Bridge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Volontaires (line 12), is just a 5-minute walk.

The station Sèvres-Lecourbe (line 6) is 6 minutes away, and Ségur (line 10) is 7 minutes away.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
