Discover your perfect mountain getaway at BRECKENRIDGE URBAN OASIS – a luxurious and spacious 4-bedroom vacation rental that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Nestled in a quiet, scenic neighborhood just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, this stunning home offers breathtaking mountain views, a private hot tub, family-friendly amenities, and easy access to skiing, hiking, and biking trails.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1/First Master (mid level): (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 2 (upper level), (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 3 (entry level), (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Full bathroom in hallway (share with bedroom 4); Bedroom 4 (entry level) : (sleeps 4), Two sets of twin bunks, Full bathroom in hallway (share with bedroom 3); Extra sleeping: Day bed with Trundle (2 twins-upper level in the loft), Pack and play and extra twin sized floor mattress provided. Maximum sleeping capacity is 12.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.

The home was so well designed as far as space for each family unit. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room to cook and store. Furniture was super comfy and the windows were tall and large so you could see the beautiful Rocky Mountains in the distance. The garage was well maintained with easy and warm place to dispose of trash. The best thing of all about this place was the awesome Christmas tree from roof to floor beautifully decorated with 3 types of lights. This was a total surprise and made me weep. I wept for I felt like this was a sweet gift.

The cabin was perfect for my entire side of the family. We were so busy with the grandkids I didn’t even get a chance to use the hot tub though other famil members did and enjoyed it very much.

Perfect house

We loved this house. The downstairs was perfect for our kids. The kitchen was very organized and has everything you need. Two sets of washers and dryers was also helpful with one in the master closet. And having the hot tub and fire pit right outside the main living room was wonderful. And the location just outside of town so it’s quiet but close enough for just a short drive to main st. A wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful home, so comfortable, and in a wonderful setting. Our family loves it, it is laid out well for a family of nine. Amazing kitchen, decks, and views!! We have 4 boys that love to hike on the local trails and explore. We hope to be back next fall!

Beautiful home, great location.

Our family of 6 and our friends (family of 5) had the best time staying at this home. It’s very apparent the home is well taken care of and was very clean. The location is fantastic and the views from the balconies are just amazing. Plenty of rooms/beds for our two large families and the foosball/arcade game were fantastic for entertaining the kiddos. Definitely recommend!!

Fun and cool for the entire family

Our daughter’s son and our son and his wife and two young children joined my wife and I for a beat the Texas heat stay In Breckenridge. Everything was wonderful! We loved the home and our visits to the town for shopping and eating. Golf and the city recreational center were just icing on the cake.

Wonderful Home

We loved this home with stunning peak views and a large great room/kitchen area where everyone comfortably gathered. Everything was super clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bedding warm and comfortable. The large hot tub was a big hit. Very helpful to have a spacious garage and mud room and ski racks. Easy walk to town. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Family Trip

This was a great home & location for us. We had 6 adults and 4 children and we never felt crowded in this house. Wonderful property and conveniently located!

This house was perfect for our family's stay in Breckenridge. We were centrally located to everything in town and the house is beautiful! We had more than enough space and our kids loved the game room downstairs. The fire pit and hot tub were great additions as well. We were lucky enough to see a moose and her twin babies on our first evening at the end of the street - the closest we've ever got to see moose in person! Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again!

Breck ski 2023

This house was absolutely amazing! We had 10 people total with 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs space for the kids was a lifesaver. The property manager was great and one thing that sets them apart is the addition of a full supply of soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc… Aside from our food, we didn’t need to purchase anything to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Breckenridge

I believe this is the nicest property we’ve ever stayed in. My husband is still talking about it two weeks later. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed that we could all fit in the living room and around the dining room table. My husband loved that the was a house meant for “skiers”, the room off the garage was a perfect place to keep all your gear. If ever back in Breckenridge we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing two weeks in Breck!

We had such an amazing time staying at this house. It was beautiful, very well stocked, very pleasant porches, and a wonderful location. There are hiking trails accessible from the street and we took advantage of this every afternoon. We used the grill, hot tub, and porches every day. The kids loved playing in the naturally landscaped yard and having such a private cul-de-sac to play safely in. The property management company communicated so well with us and we never even had a need to reach out! I would absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for cooking. We particularly enjoyed large dining area that accommodated all of us. Kids loved basement TV and game area. We felt it was a great value. Property manager reached out by email several times to see if we were comfortable, but things were so perfect that we never needed to call her.
